Overall I literally loves it. The receptionist is in 5th floor not too big area but still nice. I was booked from online travel expedia and I got not only free breakfast but also free dinner. Awesome but poor me I got only smooking room and the floor quite dirty I mean I felt the dust under my feet when I am step in. The other poor things is because the lift of passanger only two and one of them did not working at that time so to reach my floor I need to wait about 20mins. But room besides the dust matter, overall its nice. They have all the stuff inside for stars hotel. I was in 8floor and I got the pool view. In downstairs you can also find meals snacks and some other convenient restaurant.

The hotel management is not professional. The check in process was really slow and bad. I have to wait for too long to get the room, meanwhile the policy stated that the check in time is 2 p.m. and I got it at 4 p.m. (after waiting for 2 hours) I dont know why they deserve to get 4 star hotel.

Cold reception.. room was dirty.. dusty.. lift was stupidly programmed, waiting time for lift is unacceptable. Noisy aircon, called engineering 3x before finally arrived and with no solutions, called reception again 3x for room change but no follow through. Engineering guy walked in without taking off his dirty shoes, what sort of unprofessional employees they have working there anyway?
Ah not to mention the super slow WiFi and disconnect every now and then.. and they call this hotel "Premier"? Far from it!!response / report this review -

Untuk rate yang semahal itu, kualitas dan pelayanannya kurang oke.
Housekeeping sulit dihubungi, sekalinya bisa, request tidak tertangani.
WiFi sedang lambat saat saya menginap di sana.
Air panas, panas. Tapi membutuhkan waktu lumayan agar airnya panas.
Sarapannya lengkap, beragam. Tapi saat saya makan, tumis sayurnya undercooked, beberapa lauk keasinan, roasted chicken nya dry. Tapi susu coklat dan kentang pimpinnya lumayan.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staffs were helpful to surprise my SO on his birthday. Check-in process was fast, you can use your debit card to pay deposit 300.000 rupiahs. The corner suite room is exactly the same as in the picture and very nice. I only had a little problem with the toiletv flush, but the rest was great. The food is also nice. Probably will stay here again.

TERRIBLE hotel, the toilet flush is broken, been asking for someone to come to fix it for FIVE TIMES no one came. NOT an environmental friendly hotel or even it is a crime against environment. Bad smell comes from the toilet and making your room smells horrible. Maybe bad sewage system. Not gonna come back. Better stay at the hotel next to this hotel (Pa*k or Harp*r). Bad bad bad.

Nice but can be a bit frustrating at times. Check in took at least 15 minutes and the bathroom fan was noisy. The rooms are in need of some maintenance. The breakfast had a very nice variety and machine coffee. Not sure if it qualifies as a 5 star hotel though.

New hotel in JL. D.I. Panjaitan connect with a mall. The hotel lobby around the back of the building but you can also drop in front mall lobby plus walk a bit. The dining and restaurants at 5th floor. the food is reasonable with the price 100k++ sitting in a table with quite a great view to the swimming pool. The swimming pool, it self also at 5th floor with 2 type for adult and children. The aircon in the meeting room also the lighting is not comfortable

Nice place to stay. The lobby is in the fifth floor and there are several restaurants in the first floor in The Hive building. Public mushalla in the third floor and a little bit humid there but overall still nice. A little bit far from malls though.

We love to spend our weekend here. Not every weekend, but this hotel stays to our first pick whenever we intend to gather at hotel with families during the weekend. The breakfast buffet is terrific, also the pool is comfy for children. Staffs in average are friendly. Alhamdulillaah, we always having good time during our stay. The breakfast buffet never disappoint us, the variety and taste of menus are highly satisfy. The pool devided into two, for adult and children. For me, they had designed perfectly so parents still feel safe even if have to leave the children swim by themselves.

Great Bussiness Hotel to stay and make meeting among one of most crowded place in Jakarta, with great access to Toll Road. This place also connect with The Hive which provide you various kind of food.

This is a very comfortable hotel.. Very close to halim perdana kusuma airport.. The pool is nice.. Hotel's foods are well cooked.. But if you want to try non hotel food.. You can come to the 1st floor or 2nd floor and choose one of cozy resto / cafe, if you feel unwell you can easily find drugstore and minimarket for your needs..

Appalling service, rooms at dated and dirty. Restaurant had no food available and room service took 2.5 hours to serve and food was then inedible. Was meant to stay 6 nights now will move hotel.

It's a good hotel. I like this kind of hotel. In the basement area especially in front of the hotel they has a foodcourt. You can choose your food. No need to go far away to get some food. The only one thing they need to fix is the wifi connection. I can't reach my local phone signal, so I depended to wifi connection. But the breakfast was very good and delicious

We came here to surprise a friend for her bridal shower. We booked the twin deluxe room and to our surprise it was really spacious, they even have a sofa in there. It wasn't too crowded either on the weekends

Excelent servicewe were stay for 2 nights. On the last day we would leave the hotel very early morning at 5 am and they woke us up and provided early breakfast at 4.30 am while the regular breakfast is start at 6 am.
