very good hotel. staff are very kind. breakfast are goo too. we booking 2 rooms the first is very good in everythings the second is good and clean but the furniture is old and the towel is old too but clean

Price quality wise a good hotel on a good location with only 20 minutes to walk to the Centre Point Shopping Mall and Airport Express Train station. They also offer free (from & to) shuttle service if you don't like to experience the hazardous and dusty Medan pavements.

Good hotel. Good location, the station is only 400m away. From there you can take the train to the airport, in 31 minutes you will arrive at the airport. Good restaurant with reasonable prices. Only the breakfast may not offer western people a wide choice.

It was located in one of major street at Medan City. The hotel was clean and have a good service. The food was great. U can even celebrate your memoriable moment here. They rent car too.

Good hotel, nice facilities, plus helpful staff. Very efficient & take pride in their work. Breakfast is good & try & catch one of the buffet dinners. Not too far from the central area, quick enough to walk.

Standard 3 star hotel. Ok, comfortable, only there was no do not disturb sign. So the housekeeping can freely enter the room. Breakfast was edible, enough to last till noon for your journey

Good and bad. Comfy bed, hot shower, decent Wi-Fi. Photos online are deceiving, real rooms look nothing like that. Very slow service in the restaurant and they got both orders wrong. Requested a taxi upon check-in for the next day's departure. They said to call front desk for booking (while I'm standing at front desk?), called and they said full. Very disorganized. We booked the Deluxe Room and it doesn't even have a window. Toilet won't stop running. Limited English from staff.

Room upgraded for free, but still got old and dark room with 90's design. Cafe with live music would be lovely if smoking is prohibited or at least provided section for non smokers. Parking lot very limited. Breakfast not bad, but can be better. For the price, it's quite ok.

This hotel service just like shit.. Especially the house keeping staffvery impolite!!! I want to change towels, he said we need to check this check thoseand i almost cannot change the towel because their towels is very dirty

Dulu neh hotel mesum jam2an. Setelah renovasi hotelnya tetep kecil layanan gak ramah2 amat. gw bingung tarifnya bisa mahal? Apa cm manfaatin lokasi aja jadi jual mahal. #ngehek

I was there months ago. As book via online, rate is good. Location is good, but little old. Wifi is bad, almost can't access in room. Free breakfast is poor, coffee is cold, even no Roti provide, until I claim on 2nd breakfast it, and ask 2 fried eggs. Still can accept if take easy.
