Tempatnya mudah dikenali dari jalan raya karena gedungnya yang cukup tinggi. Apabila dari arah Simatupang, maka perlu putar balik sebelum menuju hotel ini. Parkir motor berada di basement yang tidak terlalu luas. Makan siang di sini cukup menyenangkan karena selain lauknya bervariasi, saat itu ada pemain piano yang mengiringi santap siang

Really love the ambient, the decorations, the hospitality. The staffs are very helpful and will greet you with smile anywhere you meet them. I loved everything about this hotel except the parking lot and wifi connectivity. The parking lot is quite limited. Basement parking is dedicated for motorcycle

We were here, spent some time at the coffee shop. Actually we were looking for a venue for our quarterly Jazz Lovers' gathering. We found the staff very helpful, as he showed us several spaces available. There was nice piano musicso, the afternoon was nice, cozy and fruitful as well.

Affordable 4 stars hotel . Staff are hospitable, variety of food and tasty. But I feel weird when came for the first time to the room, the bathroom is only covered with a curtain and when the curtain is opened, it will be seen directly from the bed.

The parking man was friendly & polite.
No one opened & helped @ the entrance door
No one @ the lobby
No one approached us @ the lobby restaurant even after a long waiting
When someone finally told us to go to the place where our food was served, no one there to greet us
The buffett had no food tag at all & noone was there to tell us what they were
A designated place should have at least one person to serve & take care of us, tho someone came long after we started to eat
Noone was there to bid us farewell as we left, again, noone at the lobby main entrance
A lot to be improved however the food were very good, thank you
