Absolutely love this hotel.
The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The front desk actually loaned me his personal phone charger as the hotel travel adaptor was not available.
The hotel staff also packed our breakfast in a doggy bag as they knew we had a super early flight.

really good experience staying in the Grove Suites. Friendly and accommodating staff + the location is just perfect if you want to chill or stroll in the city. Breakfast - wish there were more choices, diversity of food, but the quality is already good. ;) Highly Recommended!!!

Location is perfect, easy to go everywhere, a lot of food or restaurant and cafe around there, very nice and friendly receptionist and make we have everything we need. Good price also nice room with huge space. The only things need to improve for me is breakfast, very busy but less employee who can help when we come. I should wait for long time standing to wait waffle, no staff around. Need more food option and make sure enough food for guest because some food already finish and need very long time to refill.
But overall I like this place, it was my second time I stay at The Grove and maybe I'll come again next time. Will recommend this place to friend and colleagues.

actually I booked a 1 bedroom room, but I get a 2 bedroom room, but it was all replaced with the friendliness of the whole staff and the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the bathroom and with fast response service, so overall I happy have stayed at the grove suites..

Great place and great location! The Grove Suites is situated very close to popular shopping Malls and also the best nightlife outlets in Jakarta. It is the top choice for me. Highly recommended!

Groves Suites was highly recommended to me by a good friend. Once there, I was sadly disappointed with the accommodations. At first glance the room looked amazing, with a sitting area and TV, a little kitchenette, and a large bed. The bathroom looked good as well. However, upon closer look, the bathroom had standing water around the toilet and there was long straight hair in the tub and on the wall of the shower. Not to mention a yellow stain on the carpet.

The breakfast was nothing to write home about. I am sure depending on the time one gets to there the food would be hot a fresh.

The staff was accommodating and kind.

Hotel is very good and clean. People in the Restaurant is very friendly and the food is very good. Room is big, modern with nice kitchen. Yo really get all what you need. Unfortunately, I had to change to another hotel because, it is very difficult to order and get a taxi on tame. It took about 40 minutes, form the moment I ordered the taxi until it actually arrived. just add to this the time you spend in the traffic. I would recommend very much the hotel only for holidays or if you are moving close in the surrounding area. Thanks again!

Best experience in Indonesia so far! Really clean rooms, the softest bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff and amazing breakfast!!! The design of the room is quite unique with many mirrors which makes it spacier. Was lovely to have dinner at thr downstairs restaurant and hear some local music played live. Very nice calm atmosphere. Very pleasant stay! I would come back ☺

Very cozy and spacious room. The skyscraper view was supposed to be great but sadly the window glass was kinda dirty so yeah. They also have good foods. Wifi connection could have been faster. Staffs were friendly.

I have stayed in this hotel several times so far always superb. But not this time, just disappointed during this stay, the front desk did not tell us in advanced that they have problem with their TV system (they just simple said forget). Even though the problem not in they system, but customer have a right to know the issue in advanced. Please put any sign or simple notification in front desk so each customer checkin knew the problem and they have right to cancel or change their decision after seeing those sign.

I had the best time at The Grove suites. I booked the hotel room with the view and I liked everything about this hotel. The hotel is located at the center where you can easily walk to some malls to eat, watch movies and bars. The room was big and super clean. The staff were so friendly and polite. I was recommended this hotel from a friend who told me, she always stay here. I really recommend this hotel to everyone and I will surely stay here next time if I have a chance because this hotel has everything I want.

The room is very spacious with an open kitchen for cooking, living room and open bedroom concept.
However, it is quite disappointing where the water pump is not strong to supply hot water for more than one shower (not more than 20minutes). Thus do preps for longer shower time if you are checking in with big families.
Sound insulation in the room is quite poor as well, I can hear the TV sound from next room pretty clear.

I am very happy to stay here, the first impression I get when I get out of this hotel, "I will definitely come back". really beyond my expectations. comfortable, very clean, has a living room, pantry. how was is great like a home. during the afternoon break afternoon there all you can eat a cake, and all you can eat on breakfast. did you ever imagine a mall like in the backyard? This greatly facilitates all. thankyou for the best service the grove suite. I will definitely be back.

Great suites.
However this hotel is part of a 2 tower complex. The other tower is not yet operational. Maybe that's the reason why the entrance lobby is not air-conditioned. It is quite hot during the day when you come into the entrance lobby.
