Cozy deluxe room, warm Service from staff, a bit too small bathroom (because of bathtub and unseparated shower space), various food menus, beautiful spot outside the restaurant and bar.

Meeting room location too confusing, average room size. Great service and food. Below the hotel is a mall with variations stuff and front of hotel is a mall too. Strategic place with many option for public transport like taksi. Transjakarta bus. And railway station

Service memuaskan, pegawai nya ramah dan helpfull. Untuk saya yang biasa pake buat keperluan kerjaan, urusannya ga ribet dan flexible, tp tetep profesional. Kalo ada tamu kantor juga pada puas, baik dari room, fasilitas, sama menu yang variatif.

Cons-nya cuma daerah kesana muacet buanget, dan di lantai bawah, masih kedengeran suara trafic diluar. Kalo tamu lokal sih udh biasa, kalo tamu luar terutama eropa suka ngeluh, tp sekarang ada room baru kalo ga salah di lantai atas, jadi ga bising lagi.

Saran: kalau mau ruangan yang ga bising, minta yang lantai atas.

Overall, Recomended 👍

Favorite hotel for kids. Lots of activities during weekend/holiday stay. Dragon boat, cooking class or fun games in pool really spoil the kids. Extra big bed also our favorite here. I mean it's really big. The hotel is situated along with mall. There's 2 more malls across the street, simply walking to get it.

This hotel is located just next to Metropolitan Mall. The staffs are friendly and helpful, the food is good and the room is clean.
But I want to come there again to try Horison suite and dragon boat. I also will miss coffee presentation at host cafe.

Love it. They have old building and new building. I was stay in old one but still comfort. The staff so nice and helpful. Location was great coz next to mall. Food and pool also great.

This hotel have meeting room with difrent size.
This hotel have two part, new building and old building. Old building acsesable without cardroom, but the new building you need cardroom.
The food in hotel restoran taste great, but i heard one of the guest found mice running on the foodstall.
The staff very friendly and ready to help you anytime.

Hotel located in Metropolitan Mall Bekasi Barat. You will enjoy the shipping area around the hotel. The hotel itself is very clean, good services and good restaurant. They have two Hotel location which is quite far between them, in the same area

The regular room was awesome, the food is amazing, the swimming pool and other facilities are great. It is a good hotel for Family Vacation. The only thing I don't like from the hotel is the view, you can directly see a brown colored River called Kalimalang.

Overnight at the hotel is very convenient, especially when it can be in the new building with the height of the floor up to the 15th floor, a new room with a drink .. new carpet cleaner, tv with flat screen and big, kind of diet is very diverse and varied, include the swimming pool too big and fitness facilities, suitable for families or for meetings, plus adjacent to the renowned shopping mall in jakarta
Unfortunate trip to Bekasi is usually always jammed from jakarta

The meeting room is quite spacey actually but.. but.. the public bathroom needs lots of improvement. It's somewhat dirty and wet all the time. And the prayer room, is soooo very small considering the large meeting room. And also, the elevator. It really needs to be renovated! It elevates very slow and can only be occupied by a very small amount of people. So It usually takes more than 15 minutes just to go up.

Badly manage, and become worse everytime I came.

I guess the management manage the hotel by just sitting in the office. Changes could be seen but none of them is realistic to the comfort.

Great service, friendly staff and secure hotel. There is a reason its 4 stars. Being so close to many different malls makes this hotel a shoppers paradise. Great restuarant inside, and many eateries nearby. Will definately stay again.
