Very nice room and quite spacey. The price is very reasonable and there’s a lot of amenities available. Great view and helpful staff. Oh and the food is quite nice.

Simple apartment. Service was good, staff were friendly, and the room was huge (kitchen, dining, sitting, and sleeping areas). But on closer inspection, the room feels pretty old. The drawers were crooked, cupboard door creaked and couldn’t close properly. Toilet smelled bad even though I kept the ventilation on, and there were lots of tiny ants even though I was on the 22nd floor. TV was small compared to most modern hotels, esp since the living area is big so you’re even further from the TV. No toiletries so if you don’t like your shampoo and body wash to be dispensed from the same generic soap dispenser, then bring your own!
The breakfast spread was also very limited and super simple. Apart from a nice coffee and an egg station, I barely ate anything from the breakfast buffet. Basically, it’s ok if you don’t have high expectations and just need somewhere decent to stayresponse / report this review -

Great place to stay with family in the middle of the city.
We book 2 bedroom and got very spacious room with complete household equipment (sofa, kitchen, washing machine).
Location is near food center (Plaza Festival) and Kota Kasablanka for shopping.
Breakfast in the restaurant have not many food selection.
Swimming pool is freezing, it will be better if the water is warm.
Overall we really enjoy staying here with family.response / report this review -

While overall a comfortable place, it seems to be showing its age. Walls and furniture are slightly dirty. And my aircon didn't work - had to ask maintenance to come up to reset it.

A nice service apartment in the city. Nearby a hospital and several shopping centres and malls, easy access to public transport. Got comfy rooms for one person to family size. Great swimming pool and hot tub.

I've stayed here several times and satisfied. Large room, completed with such proper kitchenete, cable TV with many channels, and the internet is good. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

Pretty much everything went as expected. We stayed for four nights while I was conducting business in Jakarta. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful the entire time. The room was very big, clean with a nice view of the city.
The breakfast was included and was fine, but not spectacular. Probably better for locals than for westerners.
My only problem with staying here is that it seemed most of the Grab taxis had a hard time finding it.
TIP: When you hire a driver, taxi or Grab car, make sure you tell them that the hotel is called H Tower. that seems to be the more recognizable name. Even so, I've watched my Grab drivers drive past it numerous times on the interactive map within the Grab Car App. Very frustrating and one of the drivers was so late, we got caught in the traffic I was trying to avoid and I was late for my own presentation. Nonetheless, not the hotel's fault.
I will likely stay here again and recommend it to others, especially for the price. Great deal.response / report this review -

Great apartment for short or long term stay. Convenient location and great food just within walking distant.
Rooms are clean and staffs are helpful too.

팬션같이 뭐 해먹을수도 있고 전자렌지 다리미 등 소도구들이 있어요 근처에 작은 몰도 있고 1층에 세븐일레븐도 있어서 나름 괜찮았어요 ~~

Nice residence to stay, but difficult to discribe this place to the taxi. If you're visiting this place and the taxi doesn't know the citadines, tell them to go to the "MMC hospital".
