Nice hotel in a strategic location. The room and the meal are good. If you have a plan to visit Jakarta especially doing business with Indonesia Ministry of Education, but also want to enjoy nice shopping malls take this as one of your option. All is in walking distance.

Really nice hotel! They're so humble, the food was delicious, and the lounge was great!
But i don't like the swimming pool because you need to use swimming suit. You can not use any clothes as you want if you want to swim. It's just Bothered me.. you know.
But afterall, this place is cozy and nice!

Location wise, the hotel is near the mall, stadium, and golf club. Even though near downtown, there always traffic so be patient. A good value for money hotel. The room size is bigger than I expected, bathroom is clean, facilities are nice, the staff are friendly, and the services is good. Unfortunately, the gym is quite bad and need some improvement. The barbell weights are quite odd and the collar lock is not quite right. So better check your equipment before using it.

What made this hotel memorable was the level of customer service. Staff were super friendly. The rooms are old but reasonably well maintained. The shower was a disappointment as you cant adjust the angle and the temperature varied. There also wasn't much sound proofing. Could hear the neighbours.

Firstly i would like to thank the hotel front desk staff for the upgrade and acceding to my request for a room with a shower instead of bathtub.
Breakfast was excellent. No complains on the upgraded room, spacious and clean.
The back entrance/exit of the hotel is in dire need of an upgrade.
Other then that pleasant stay, good service.

Great hotel in a very good location. Upscale shopping malls are within walking distance. The room size is good. Wifi is excellent. Staff is extremely helpful and polite.

In room furniture can use some improvement. Can use a footstool!

I stayed in this hotel 12 years ago, and it was kinda old hotel, at that time. Some of the sport facilities were "occupied" by athletes also, and gave almost no room for other guests. Having it name Athlete Hotel back then, I assumed that it was the reason why this hotel is filled with athlete, although I must say, it quite uncomfortable in some point.

But, it was renovated few years ago, it change the hotel name also, Century Park Hotel, Senayan. The hotel renovated nicely.. still having the spacy room, and enhance it with better modern furnishing.

Located in premium area, added more the pluses in this hotel.

Very nice hotel, great location for shops, restaurants bars and only around 15km to airport. Very helpful and friendly staff. This is my second visit and I will certainly have no hesitation to stay again.

Got the chance to enjoyed the suite room here. Actually its pretty nice, the room is big, facility is quite nice and unexpectedly the food are really nice. the suite room got 3 times a day to come to lounge. The thing that i think need to improve is the water on the bathroom, water heater is not working perfectly. And i guess you they should change the much comfort bed. But if i got the chance would i go back here? I would be happy to, i would say it was nice experience to stay here.

Check in desk was good, Breakfast and lunch buffet surprisingly good and varied, staff friendly and helpful
First room.. the door did not exactly fit the door frame so there was a visible gap to the corridor outside and sound came in.
Moved to 2nd room and there was a disturbing odor upon entry and had to move to other room. They nicely upgraded.

Room was supposed to be King sized but turned out to be 2 singles pushed together, rather uncomfortable to sleep on together but tired of moving and complaining.

One annoying feature is the key card that had to be fixed for errors quite often, a real inconvenience, they actually had staff stationed at the elevators to help with the situation

Check out was good and fast.

Location is excellent.

Would stay here again

I enjoyed the happy hour 2 for 1 beers and the live music. The "English" chicken curry was not at all spicy. This is 4 star price bar and restaurant, with a great looking buffet, but is a relaxed and friendly, but smart environment.

Last minute booking trying to find a one-nighter spot. This surprisingly became a good bargain place. Hotel is showing signs of age but service quality is high. Location is perfect, walking distance to the important areas in Senayan. Great hang out places behind. Breakfast was amazing. HUGE selection of traditional Indonesian and western food.

Nice big swimming pool, great breakfast selection. Good location. Love the activity on Sunday morning for car free day. Can be a very noisy place if there is an event with live bands across the road at the sports arena area. Nice view of the park, short walk to mall with food hall.

I used to stay at this hotel years ago and was mesmerized by how nice and elegant the hotel was. Recently, I spend a night in there just to my horror to find the once refine and elegant hotel has drastically changed into a low budget economy hotel, with smelly dark corridors, card key that does not work twice, and a hard cold flooring in place of the once lush thick carpeted room floor.
The worse part is the toilet, where just a piece of fixed glass panel without a door is separating the shower area and the toilet area. As a 4 stars hotel, this is well below expectations and totally not a good hotel at all.

As I'm from the USA, all the bookings with the hotel were done via the web and email, to include airport transportation pickup to the hotel, which I prepaid for.. I attempted, through email, to communicate with the reservation office about the process for our pickup as we were traveling with many pieces of luggage. I received no response. Even after sending several emails during on flights over to find out how to meet our driver, again, I received no response from the hotel. Upon arrival at the airport, I had to hire a taxi to take us to the hotel as there was no driver to meet us. Upon check in, the desk clerk indicated he had no knowledge of the airport pickup and had been waiting to hear from me. I mentioned he needs to check with reservations to see why they were either not receiving my emails or didn't reply. During our stay, we received no information from the front desk on this snafu.
Overall, the hotel is in a nice location and has very good food and beverage service. We even tried out room service, and the Mushroom Ravioli is excellent! The rooms are a bit datedas the wall paper is peeling and the shower seal leaks allowing water onto the bathroom floor. Air Con works pretty good. We did reserve an executive level room. We also looked at the junior suite as we were returning to Jakarta a week later for 8 nights, but decided to stay at the Marriott which has one-bedroom suites with a better layout and cost less.
In summary, communications with your clients, especially the ones traveling long distances from the USA or Europe is critical. We arrive after 24 plus hours of flying time and are very tired. Anything you can do to make the airport pickup and hotel check-in very smooth and trouble free will go a long ways to having repeat customers and good reviews.

I stayed one night in premium room and it was very good experience, the floor its special n different I can check in and out in private n fast, the refreshment area was exclusive, the room was great with bathtub n quite big room, the staf's was nice n warm, the package of nye with Rio Febrian was very good and value for money. Overall experience on my 9 night stay was ok except on 2nd last day, the chicken ham at the lounge has turned bad and has a odour when swallow a piece. After 4 hours, I have stomach upset with pain and diarrhoea non stop. Subsequently, I became very weak, dehydrated, fever and experiencing back ache.House doctor came to attend me the next morning. Took me 4 days to recover. I told the duty manager that it was their food that caused my illness and they should have absorb the medical fee but however in the end I paid up.

This old hotel was not so good considering the 4 stars label. The check in process was unpleasant experience & the check out process even worse. Food choices for the breakfast was great in term of variety but totally failed in term of the taste. Seriously this hotel needs an immediate refreshment. That old school furniture even though well maintained it can't face a serious aging in term of design & material solidity

The hotel is a bit dated and corridors have been cleaned up and updated recently. Hotel rooms are nice and spacious. Best of all they don't use the big fluffy pillows that I can never get a good night sleep with. They have the flat firm ones that I like.

Very spacious rooms and good value for money. Try and get lounge access as breakfast downstairs is very crowded at peak times. 10 minutes to Senayan Centre.
