The room is not that clean, feels like they dont really clean it properly, the linen sheets is no longer white. The breakfast is kinda nightmare, people who eats there really tore up the place, so messy, lack of plate and food utensils, staffs very limited.

The rooms were a bit small but manageable. The air conditioning was good and very much needed. Just your everyday standard hotel that's great for a few nights.

Exceptional value for money, conveniently located in the heart of Kemang. Small but freshly and tastefully decorated room's with ensuites. Great roof terrace bar and cafe that overlooks the skyline of Jakarta. Good restaurants nearby.

Good location, close to many bars and shops. A bit noisy on weekend nights, there is a roof bar o hotel and a night club in same street so music can be heard until late.

Nice and comfortable room. Very strategic location, close to resto and hangout centre. Unfortunately the parking space is very limited. And they didn't provide laundry bag and comb.

Very good place. Reasonable rate. I stay BB four nights. Good staff. Had restaurant in rooftop. Food is also good. Lotte super market is there in front of the hotel. Street food, and lots of food joints around there.

An acceptably comfortable place to stay whenever you have a bussiness in Southern Jakarta. The easy access to the road will make every visitor feel its convinient. Last time i remember, its security was so helpfull when i look for a taxi

Didnt meet my expectation. The pool isn't open for 24 h, at least till 10 pm. It just open till 6 pm. What the hack?!
I didn't get free water for my meal order at the restaurant like the other hotels did.
I requested for quite room then I got so noisy room as it below to the dj club bar. I couldn't get sleep for the sake of god!
The room was clean enough and safety box included, but has no view eventhough in higher floor. The bathroom has sliding door which cannot be locked. And the shower room has just small divider that made the water splashed to the front of sink then made the floor so muddy.
The parking area is so limited. So small. I think the hotel is better to make a basement parking area for cars.
The good of this hotel is the location which is near from many restaurants and shopping mall.
The hotel staffs were so friendly.

Overall, this hotel is suit for young people, and simple person that like to hanging out.

Thr meeting room on the first floor was too crowded for 100 person meeting. Parking space was also very limited even for motorbike. But anyway.. Its all because the limited space the hotel have. Its on kemang, one the most expensive area of jakarta.

Would not come back to this place.. they had party all night long at 7th floor and the music, the crowd's voices can be hearded from the top to the bottom of the floor.. the hotel management only think how to get more money trough the party..

Disturbing so much!!!

The room are so small, bathroom are so small.. what do you expect from 2stars hotel??

Well situated, a good location right in the heart of Kemang..a small boutique hotel satisfying the basic necessary needs for a pleasant comfortable overnight rest for a fair affordable price. I can't complain. I've stayed at much worse hotels for near the same price. I'll certainly be staying again at Fave hotel Kemang, it's in my top 3 preferred hotel list.

Just few points to give based from my observation from the time checking in till checking out. I had to wait for an hour before I could check in. That was about 3.30 pm and my booking was done a day earlier.

Upon checked in..the room seems clean but later found out the pillow cases and bed sheet have stain marks. Called in the room service and the covers were immediately changed.

Location wise is good if guests are urbanite type since mall is just across the street from the hotel. Later I found out hooters restaurant just opened up nearby the hotel.

The room was fine for the price, by no means great.
The level of music outside was unbearable, I had to check out and go to another hotel due to the fact I couldn't sleep.
Don't bother unless you'll be partying all night.

From the website I was hoping for a more comfortable stay for 6 nights. Unfortunately I checked out after one night. The room was indeed too small but the ineffective air-conditioning and poorly maintained facilities made it worse. Provisions as per website was not fulfilled.

A more upscale budget hotel, clean and comfortable. The location is close to anything you want: convenience shops, a supermarket, restaurants. The hotel also have a couple of in-site restaurants and a swimming pool.
