this is my 3rd times staying in this hotel from it's beginning, and it's far from the 1st time experience, i'd rather expect more increasing but i disappointed it was the otherwise that happen

minus;
1. The towel is missing have to call 3 times to receptionist before it was delivered
2. The room is dirty and dusty, this is worst, i got an allergic to dust and stay in this hotel was a nightmare since it caused the rash and irritation on my skin
3. The sandals only had the right side, this is ridiculous
4. I asked for non smoking room, but then after i enter the toilet, it smells like the cigarette residue smoke
5. The receptionist wasn't skillful and ready to help
6. The parking lot isn't well maintained
7. The interior arrangement somehow isn't efficient, how come a tissue paper got installed below the wastafel?

Plus:
1. They got friendly staff especially the house keeping, security though i already caused some problems for them because the hotel management isn't capable to treat their guest well
2. The breakfast tasted good though not many variants, but they have sushi also
3. The room is quite spacious

I booked 2 rooms and stayed with my family, checked in on my birthday. I was surprised that they secretly watched the date and sent a cake in my room. For the rooms are fine. The hospitality of the hotel is very nice. Thank you very much Ara Hotel 🙂

This hotel is a good choice for having a short holiday. It has nice and spacious room, big and child-friendly swimming pool. The most important thing, it serves lot of choices for breakfast even you can have sushi for your breakfast! Highly recommended

I stayed in Ara Hotel Gading Serpong over 2 to 3 nights. I'm happy for the stay. The price is reasonable too. The room is clean, has balcony and the staffs are friendly.

great hotel for a staycation in South Tangerang. spacious room, cozy pillows, delicious breakfast, got a big swimming pool too. easy walk to Summarecon Mall Serpong for a hangout.

One of good hotel for family gathering in Gading Serpong. Very close to Summarecon Mall Serpong. Breakfast provided at level 1 next to swimming pool & kids waterboom.

Nice hotel with big swimming pool. My sons happy with this pool. Room is small, but clean. Unfortunatelly get smoking room with hard smell. Call room service and respon quickly and get ionizer. Much better than before.

One the reason I often stay in this place coz the location very convenient near all .. and not far from my favorite PADANG RESTAURANT WOENGKANA in Gading Serpong area, the price is acceptable considering what they have here facilities amenities and very charming nice 👍 staff , definitely would be back , yes I recommend Ara Hotel for all .

Going to this hotel for a short family vacation during Eid holiday. The service was satisfying, all the hotel staff nice and helpful. The room was clean n cozy. The plus point for this hotel is the swimming pool, they had semi olympic pool and big kids pool with slides. And the location was good, near to big mall and lots of restaurants around.
