For claims on site, you have to queue from 6.30 am because the barcode is held by security and a day is only limited to 20 people. After registering online, I was told to go home again and come back at 1 pm. Ineffective And a waste of time actually, poor people whose homes are far away have to wait from morning until noon before they can be served. If you get a queue number, just wait and be served starting from office opening hours, you don't have to come back at 1 pm.

The experience of disbursement at the BPJS office is satisfying, securiry (Pak Burhan) is very familiar with the system and is very helpful, the procedure is running well and is not long-winded.

Kantor Cabang Perintis BPJSTK Cempaka Mas. Dulu Kantornya Ada di Dalam Mall ITC Cempaka Mas, Sekarang sudah Pindah, adanya Diluar Mall, Tepatnya Di Ruko Cempaka Mas, Blok Q. letaknya paling depan Menghadap Ke Jalan. Sayangnya Disini tidak disediakan Toilet untuk pengunjung.

Untuk klaim JHT 10% atau 100% diharuskan Daftar Antrian Online terlebih dahulu. Di KCP Cempaka Mas ini, Hanya melayani Klaim JHT maksimal Rp.40.000.000,- lebih dari itu tidak bisa. harus di Kantor Cabang yang Besar.
