  JNE is great marion of biongo courier blum lia goods so se bale but it feels good ba wait we ask for it, a pase courier in other areas.

  Kalau boleh, ulang terapkan mo ambil barang pake KTP biar nanti torang mo ambe barang nda bolak balik. Pengalaman waktu lalu, barang sampe kotamobagu tapi pas ambe barang salalu bilang "paket soada mar nanti bale jam 2 siang soalnya masih ba bongkar barang" serta bale jam 2 siang kurir soantar. Pertanyaan : kalau misalnya paket so dibutuhkan karna yg bersangkutan ada mo kluar kota apakah masih mo tunggu barang kurir moantar sore? Sedangkan jadwal keberangkatan pagi atw siang. Jdi utk mempercepat pelayanan terapkan ulg jo mo ambil paket harus bawa KTP biar kalau yg ambe paket atas nama sendiri langsung mo di serahkan. Karna pengalaman qt dulu mo ambe paket harus bawa KTP. Jadi penyerahan paket bisa ambe di JNE langsung. Trims
