I stayed in the Grand Deluxe room. Stayed there 2 nights for business. Loved it. Professional service. Amazing rooms. Clean luxurious. The price is also very good. I will finally return to stay there.

Rooms were neat and had all the basic amenities needed. However , service could be better improved as the receptionist promised to deliver us the other room key within an hour but to no avail. Had to go down and remind them about it. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

Room was super comfortable, even the cheapest on like the one I booked. Check in check out were a breeze. Loved the pool and the breakfast!!! Cannot fault this hotel except their complicated lost and found procedure and their lack of communication among the receptionists. I requested a late check out (12.30 so extra 30 minutes) in the morning which they have said yes and confirmed it. Yet a little before 12 they called again to the room to remind us that the check out time was 12.00. -_- my baby was sleeping and the ungodly loud sound of the phone woke him up. But even then our memory of the Aryaduta is still a good one.

Nice hotel in medan. Good rooms and clean. Properly filled minibar and clean bathroom and good bed friendly staff and very good breakfast with a wide variety of foods and drinks. In the evenings you can done there and food is good and tasty. Good place to be

Great place with great location, many Medan culinary near from the hotel. Receptionist is in nine floor. Their staff are very good and friendly. Facilities are gym and pool, there’s no spa there, the pool is clean. Breakfast are variable and delicious. Rooms are big and clean, unfortunately the bathroom was a little bit smelly.

definitely my hotel choice whenever visiting Medan. Been to other hotels but the swimming pool in Aryaduta is the best one. Nurhayati from sales was a great help when arranging our room reservation. Will be back for sure

This hotel is strategically located at City Centre, I found the property is well maintained and the lobby is really cozy. It has really nice courtyard pool which really suitable for those who wants to pamper themselves on the weekend Moreover the staffs are friendly

Very nice hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. Front desk service is excellent. They were very keen to advise and assist first time travellers to Medan like us. The resort stye pool is huge and clean.

The reception located in 9th floor. A bit difficult in registration.. but all sort out. The staff are friendly.. and able to speak english well a luxury atmosphere

The hotel foyer is very nice, the pool was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing and staff at breakfast were beyond helpful.

This Aryaduta Hotel has a strategic location, close to Benteng Field, and beside of Palladium Mall in Medan city. Eventhough we have to go to 9th floor for check in, we will get nice view around Medan city.

Nice and comfy hotel And I'll consider it to be reasonably priced for the room and service which you're getting (booked a room with twin beds for US$70)
Had a 2hr in room massage was good, felt my muscles being worked well and the also reasonable priced at IDR 340,000
For those who prefer more peace and quiet, recommend that you ask for over of the rooms facing the outside of the buildings. The rooms that face inwards faced the swimming pool and it got a bit noisy for me in the middle of the day when there were kids playing at the pool Which was normal hahaha But lesson learnt for peace and quiet, get the rooms facing outside
Will strongly consider to come back to stay at the hotel again in the future if I'm visiting Medan

Less sense of hospitality, especially the banquette team. I was still having lunch, and they were clearing up all the food. Although less people were having lunch, it was still lunch time, and they should give notice before clearing up the food. Too rude, and too bad.

Normally stay here or the Aston city hall when in Medan. Aryaduta is an older hotel but good quality and on balance probably the better of the two. The gym and spa are cramped and inferior to Aston, but the pool, outdoor areas and restaurants are far better. This is the better choice if you plan to spend time at the hotel relaxing or having meetings. Business services could be improved- printer is ancient and extremely slow. The Aston is slightly closer to Merdeka Walk and Centrepoint if you plan to go out.

So helpful. After a flight cancellation we were back for another night. Greeted by the manager who was sensational. The pool is beautiful and the evening seafood extravaganza was beautifully presented, cooked and great value for money. Any time we are in Medan we will stay here. I wish we could bottle the service and take it back to Perth, Australia.
