Terrible customer service. "Premium Reseller", more like "terrible reseller" 🙄 When something gets a tiny bit complicated or out of the ordinary, they have absolutely no idea what to do and how to handle the situation. As someone not living in Hungary and studying service management, I'd say this company is still in business because it operates in an oligopoly market structure, otherwise based on their performance they should have loose all their customers. I truly hope one day Apple will consider ending their partnership with iStyle

The atmosphere was nice and they didn't lack any products from their selection however the store is understaffed and the line was incredibly long. This may change but we had to wait 30 minutes in line to buy a phone case.

I ordered a product, which I paid upfront for, and I got a confirmation of 4-5 days. This turned into almost 3 weeks, during which I never received any form of notice about the delay I was experiencing. I made several calls which were turned down, saying "they can't check on the order status and can't tell any more but they will contact the warehouse and let me know" and, naturally, they never called again. I was upset with the ignorance I received. Eventually I got the product, but I'm really considering never buying anything major from this store again.
The reason I'm giving two stars is that I never had any problem prior to this incident.

I've appointed an order in 4 days, but the service center didn't report that this pick-up point is closed on Sunday. I'm a foreigner on a travel, so I expect that at least minimum attention will be dedicated to my inquiries - instead got time waste and service ignorance. Hardly achieved 1 star

I'm quite disappointed with my experience. As stated by someone else, I brought my MBP to be diagnosed. The technician ran the exact same test as the man in the front and both times the results came out with no issue even though there were memory problems as I found out later. They could have at least offered ideas on what could be wrong or easily run the hardware test (that I only knew about after researching for over a month as I'm not technical and had no clue where to start). Unfortunately, I spent money for someone to babysit my computer when the money could have gone towards replacing my hardware.
