This was the worst service in the history. We actually did a very big order and we were expecting to get our frigde in 6 days. We were waiting but nothing they didnt even call to say that we will not get our prepaid order that we did one week before (and paid 6,000 huf extra to get it on time)We called but of course the "high quality" customer care service did not speak english and they found polite to hang up the phone multiple times. Today is the third day of delay which yesterady at media they were sure that we will get it tomorrow and its not their responsibility for the transportation.I will never waste my money in a store like yours.

I bought a refrigerator i paid plus a 6000 service to bring it to me a specific date and hour. They didn't bring it to me as we agreed and no one contact with me to inform me. I tried to call them but they didn't speak English so they hung out the phone. The worst customer service . After one week i still don't have the refrigerator.

If you are a foreigner and you don't speak Hungarian it is nearly close to impossible to get any decent customer service. I have placed an expensive order, I was yelled at the cashier cause it was 3 minutes after 9 and I didn't cause the delay of the order. They had informed me that they gonna deliver the product at my house but they couldn't give me any approximate time,they just said from 10 am until 18:00 pm. When I tried to call at the customer service they hung up the phone 3times cause they couldn't speak English. When finally found some one from the TV department that spoke English again they couldn't provide any information about my order. It is absolutely ridiculous a company of the size of media markt not to be able to provide basic customer service. One thing is for sure, they have lost a good customer for good.

Great for checking out electronics, but don't buy here unless you're in a hurry, it's 20%+ more expensive than buying online.

Went for a power bank, I selected the item in 3 minutes, waited 20 minutes for paying at the cashier, waited for another 15 minutes for the warranty card. Only 2 cashiers are working at weekdays afternoon.

They are expensive, I returned 3 products with defects but the main problem is that you can't a single person who would help you and who would be nice to you.

In the past I really liked Media Markt, because I thought that nothing else exists out there related to electrical stuff. But now I have grown up and I had to realise that the quality/price ratio is not that good

A roomy electronics store that has a huge variety of items on display that you are free to touch, open, and sometimes even try out. The friendly staff is always around to help you with your every need, and the line at the cashier is never a problem. They also offer extended guarantee to most of their bigger products.
