Nice hotel. Good service. Very good location. Bus station to airport is to close to the hotel.We ordered room with one bed, but actually it was a room with two single beds that were attached each other.

Know what is getting booked for you before booking. We had booked a 2 bed room apartment assuming it will be a part of the hotel and after reaching we got to know that the apartment that they had booked was away from the hotel and in building which looked scary. While one room among both the rooms was good the other was terrible. There was no air condition too in the entire apartment.

It was a terrible experience with them, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The customer service here is exceptional. After a mix up with the taxi the concierge was more than accommodating. I don't remember the gentleman's name that assisted me, but he was outstanding. The breakfast was more than expected and the rooms clean/comfortable. Not to mention the location is right where you would want to stay in budapest.

The apartment in Bastya 22 st. is in a Good location, but the apartment is very old, no air condition, and it is a little bit scary at night.

Great hotel. Friendly and helpful stuff.
Breakfast is excellent, typical European brekfast. Free coffee and tea during the day. The location is also great, we had a room with a view to the liberty statue.

Just came back from a 5-day stay there and couldn't wait to write this review. The service was consistently great, staff were very helpful and spoke great German and English. It is clean, in a good location and with a great transport connection. It felt like a four star hotel for a great price. We loved it.
