Great service. Good breakfast and location. Would definitely stay here again.
Very well located hotel - clean and very calm. It is perfect location to visit the fabulous budapest
Beautiful hotel right in the middle of Budapest (2 minutes walk from Deák Ferenc tér where the first three metro lines cross each other). The staff was most helpful, friendly and polite. The breakfast was delicious and I was very impressed because they even offered healthy, dairy and gluten free options. I would recommend it to families too as we stayed there in two joined rooms with our six and five-year-old children.
Jacuzzi, two floors and the most beautiful lighting and setup. The best hotel room I have been in but also the most expensive.
Gorgeous hotel with lovely rooms. Superb location. Had an issue with our room but was resolved by the staff. Highly recommended.
Nice place in the city center. Hard to find a parking but it's the same for every hotel in the area. The room is clean and cozy, and most importantly it's quiet. Good breakfast too! And the staff is really helpful.
Pleasant stay for 5days. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Good locacation.
Rooms are a bit small. But clean and facilitated. Breakfast was fine, location is great.
We only ate there, and the food was pretty good and cheap. I couldn't even finish my plate
Great location, big rooms, clean and very comfortable. Suoer close to restaurants and clothes stores.
Very cute, modern, and cozy! Loved the tv/mirror installation
Brilliant location easily accessible by public transport from the airport - the 200E bus and then M3 metro have announcments in English and you really can't go wrong.
The hotel entrance is discreetly tucked between a restaurant and a coffee shop and opposite a KFC. Ot really is in the heart of the shopping action but is very quiet.
The foyer is very stylish and seems to be a focal point for social gatherings of guests. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful.
Or room was an OK size. We traveled as two adults and an infant and they had provided a travel cot and chosen a room with a bath for us. There wasn't a kettle in the room but the coffee machine can output hot water of you need or for tea or for hearing baby food etc.
Breakfast is ok. A decent selection with delicious crispy fried bacon. Local sausages are typical for the region but served only like lukewarm unfortunately.
Plenty of cold cut options, yogurt and cereals.
Any negatives? Well the stand out negative had to be the bed. Rock hard.
I travel a lot with work and am used to some pretty sterling comfortable beds. I suffer a bad back and generally rely on hotel beds to fix it. This bed, though, exacerbated my back - is just ridiculously firm.
If I could encourage the hotel management to add some foam toppers it would make a massive transformation.
Apart from that, there is little to criticise. Ok so the shower head is a bit scaled up and there's a little bit of mold around the silicon in the bath but that's life.
Great hotel for everything but a comfortable night's sleep.
