Nice cakes. Though in a city like Budapest there is no shortage of patisseries that make delicious cakes and pastries. What was disappointing was the sullen bespectacled young lady at the counter. Thanks to her lack of any courtesy I’ll probably go else where for my bulk, party orders.

Great place for kids and adults who love sweets. They have amazing looking cakes and cupcakes and delicious milkshakes and everything! Love this place. A must visit on a trip to Budapest.

If you have a sweet tooth you should check this place out.

ABSOLUTELY HEAVEN! We had milkshakes and cakes and it was amazing! We're completely stuffed, but still want to try the macarons. It's not really cheap, but whatever. Really enjoyed it here. The shop is beautiful!

The place looks like every girl's or children's dream. Cakes look fantastic too, but don't taste that great. Their ice cream and milk rice are very good though. Coffee is bad. Service is pretty terrible; the people don't seem happy to work their and they are not trying to hide it. Also, if you're going to charge for bottled water (while the tap water is of great quality in Budapest) at least give a decent-sized bottle. 250ml is really not enough for a grown man.

Overall: you won't be disappointed as long as you pick the right things and are prepared for rude service.

Wonderful place. You take your ice cream and have a short tour inside shop. Great atmosphere and the ice cream is one of the best in town

Willy Wonka wonderland! Amazing interior design, lots of great cakes and desserts, gifts and sweets. An entire wall of Jelly Beans! At the bar, you can try the actual collection's sweets, made of the best ingredients (mostly Valrhona chocolate, for example). Sugarshop's macaron is one of the best ones in town. Very dangerous with kids:) do not miss the toilets (upstairs), their design is really unique!

Fun place to bring your favorite sweet tooth! The interior is whimsical--like Candyland brought to life--but I wasn't overly impressed with the selection. A lot of repetition and candies that weren't that interesting. The bakery and cafe area serves baked goods, rice puddings, ice creams and other sweet stuff. A good place to grab dessert before hitting up the ruin bars.

They have amazing cakes, milk rice, macaroons, pastries and tons of delicious sweets. The shop itself is also really cute and decorated in order to feel you´re in Dreamland. Even the menu is customized and looks like a comic.

This place is a MUST for everybody who loves sugar and every single time I take someone here, they are amazed by the quality of what they ordered.
