Clean hotel with good service and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was also acceptable. The only con is that is a bit further from the centre (25 mind walk).

We've had a great stay during our citytrip to Budapest (22/10-25/10).
Great services, calm district, nice people and good breakfast.
Nothing to feel sad about, we had an amazing stay!

A clean but basic hotel accommodation. Just a few blocks from the metro system, which is efficient and frequent. Good restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful -- particularly appreciated their assistance in booking tours. The morning breakfast buffet has a nice array of hot and cold selections -- croissants are delicious, and the jams are extremely good. The biggest let down was the bar. Most nights we could not have a glass of wine because they were out. When they did have wine, the white wine was not chilled.

Check-in: OK
Staff: Always willing to help. Good people!
Breakfast: OK and consistent
Room: Toilet & shower leaked. Beds uncomfortable and need replacing. Room was clean. AC was turned off in building and that was not a good idea.
Checkout: OK

All in all, this is a economy hotel near good restaurants and the train station.

Very helpful and nice staff people. The room and the hotel as a whole was clean, we got clean towels every day. Some facilities a little bit older (creaking bed, dispenser for shampoo), but working fine for us :)

There are very cozy room! But clean and enough to using for one person :)
Staffs are very kind and helpful! But around hotel doesn't have enough restaurants..!

Nice hotel. Staff understands English. Well connected to Keleti.
Wi-fi is good. Breakfast is same every day but nice.

Reception was very friendly and professional and this was true for all the staff. Room and bathroom were a decent size. Hotel in a good location not far from Keleti station and about 15/20 minute walk into main centre.
Breakfast was good and would say the hotel was good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

That was good enjoyment. Room was nice, bed's were so much comfortable, maybe bathroom could be better. Breakfast was really nice and tasty, food was still replenish. What I really like is really good location, which is in heart of Budapešť, near by Keleti palyaudvar station, Szent István Bazilika, Dunaj etc. I like it there :)

Pleasant receptionist, breakfast was usual three star standard, room was big but could have been redecorated (stainy walls, old carpet). If you are looking for simple accomodation close to underground I can recommend this place.

Clean rooms, exceptional service by the front desk staff. Amenities were the bare minimum but that's OK. Gave us so much advice for going around Budapest! Free breakfast is good too. 4 stars because the A/C didn't work.

We were absolutely satisfied! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room was always clean and had a nice atmosphere. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the time we spent here and if we are coming back to Budapest for any reason we will choose this hotel again!!!! The room price was very friendly, the breakfast was great and the room was pretty silent.
Thanks for the staff , and to the cleaning service ( in our case to Anna Mária and to Ibolya) for these days!!! We will recommend the Hotel for everyone ( yes for those people we find on the street too :D )!
