A kellemes környezet és a maximálisan segítőkész személyzet ellenére sem tudtam szabadulni attól az érzéstől, hogy a hely üzleti stratégiája az előre befizetett összeg után nem azt célozza, hogy mindennel elégedett legyen a vendég, hanem mindent megtesz a haszon további növelésére.
Pl. a szobában található szabályzatuk szerint a helyszínen csak a tőlük vásárolt ital fogyasztható, aminek az áthágását 200 000 Ft büntetéssel díjazzák. Ugyanakkor a 7,5 decis üveges ásványvíz közel 1 000 Ft-ba kerül (2006. december.) A szobában nincs minibár, viszont a szobaszerviz 20%-os felárral jár, aminek köszönhetően az említett víz már 1200 Ft-ot kóstál.response / report this review -

Decent hotel, spa is nice but too small. Wine selection is limited, quite strange for a wine region.

Let’s imagine the snow covered park with magical candelabras it seems to be in famous movie The witch the wardrobe and the lion (Narnia). The ex- and interior of the castle are amazing. The crew is extremely polite and helps the visitors to relax.
There is no information about the small but nice ski- and toboggan ways and about the lake in the village Bélapátfalva, where you can ice skate. The beautiful waterfall Fátyol is never frozen, so you can visit it in wintertime as well.
