Great hotel with a nice wellness section with warm and cold pools, jacuzzi and finn sauna. There are a lot of space to organize events (I was here on a dance festival with dance parties and workshops simultaneously in 5-6 rooms).

Conference halls are big, well equipped, projectors, computers and audio background are great, the place is capable of givin' place for such a huge conference as the Retina Meeting of the Hungarian Society of Ophthalmology. 100% satisfied!

Maybe not 4 star, but good. Wifi was non-existent. Food was plenty and good, room enough for two, close to everything you might want to see in Eger. Parking is OK.

The room we've been given is noisy (in the path to the restaurant and above a bowling court), the bathtub us even small for a shower, the toilet is instable and the food is medium quality

The food (options and quality offered) and decor wasn't to my taste, it was just ok. I felt the room could have been cleaner. There was no safe in my room but other than that the facilities were adequate. I did not get a chance to use the health and leisure facilities but the location was good. There was an issue with the booking (I travelled for business so the hotel was booked for me) and I was told at checkout that the full balance had not been paid. Staff were not interested in trying to resolve it with my company, they just wanted the money there and then. Given the price I'd say it was good value for money.

OMG. We just came in to have a breakfast. That was enough. Staff is kind and they had gluten free bread. That's all that I can mention in the pro side.

Standard hotel rooms are small, but there is enough room for 2 persons. If you are unlucky, wifi signal will be poor or even undetectable. Enough TV channel.
Wellness part: really good, even with kids. There are 3 pools and 1 children pool, 2 jakuzzi several saunas.response / report this review
