Absolutely terrible staff, they do not care what issue you have. The rooms are disgusting; very dirty, dusted, with no sound insulation whatsoever. Bathroom door is broken.
Today we saw a centipede in the room. The receptionist did not send a cleaner not apologize. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!response / report this review -

worst experience ever
dirty smelly room, the bathroom is disgusting
they don't know how to clean
I have no words for the breakfast. the waterboiler was never cleaned disgusting. my tee was not even warm
the staff was unfriendly unprofessional
we asked for an extra towel and the receptionist said that we cannot get one because they don't have enough
I had to ask an other bed linen just after check on and changed myself because it was dirty
probably was never changed after the previous guest
half of the curtain was hanging only the other half was hidden in the cupboard we had to put back ourselves
the hotel needs new management only reason why they have guest is because of the location but there are plenty better hotels in Budapest.response / report this review -

Hairs in bedding. Odd smells from bathroom and hall way. 1 thin pillow each. 1 thin single duvet each on double bed. Limited food range and drinks. Could be worse, could be better.

the worst place i have ever been. Execrable, nasty smell, i could not stay, not even one night in that room. I attached some pictures taken from that room. Take care and check before you book a room.

Édesanyám foglalt Nekem és Újdonsült férjemnek egy szobát, felmentünk az esküvő után átöltöztünk, nagyon büdös volt a fürdőszoba, a plafonon ázás nyomai látszódtak, a fal leverve, felporszívózva nuku, a törölközök lyukasak de gondoltuk sebaj szüleink jót akartak kibírjuk. átöltöztünk elvittük ruháinkat haza minek-után nem lakunk messze hogy azt már ne kelljen reggel. Ezek után visszamentünk hogy nászéjszakánkat eltöltsük. Felemeltük az ágytakarót (véres volt) a lepedőn jókora folt tehát más is töltött nászéjszakát ott. na ezt már nem bírtuk gyomorral felöltöztünk és haza jöttünk, fényképeket készítettünk, és kérvényezni fogom a visszatérítést is függetlenül attól hogy ez nem lett ott felajánlva mikor leadtuk a kulcsot, és mondtam hogy ez így nagyon gáz .
Az egy hölgy (neki 4 csillag járna) aki a recepción dolgozott tegnap este tényleg nagyon kedves volt, nem az ő hibája tehát nem voltam sem tiszteletlen sem paraszt vele, de a szálloda vezetőségének üzenném hogy nem mindenki fogja elviselni ezt a minősítésen aluli környezetet, és koszt.response / report this review -

The hotel is not bad for the price you paying. I just payed 120€ for 5 nights. The room is not very clean, but the revise the room everyday. The staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is acceptable for that price.( bread, coffee, juices, omlette and sauseges) The only bad thing is internet. It works only in reception. In the rooms there is no wifi, people were sitting in the hall to connect. Overall not bad at all
