Very clean hotel, awesome experience, just make sure to book your reservation with the hotel website directly so you can get free breakfast. Beautiful beautiful hotel I was very impressed. Love it love it love It. Management is awesome!

I was very disappointed on my first trip here with the restaurant managers behaviour. Had 4 friends and after a couple of drinks my visa card couldn't work because generally in Haiti international banks have transactions issues with Sogebank pos machines which I knew not. Waitress kept swipping without lack. I asked the manager if I can have other means to transfer the money and he acted so arrogant to a point of almost detaining me. After almost 4 hours deep into the night their overall manager. looked a nice tall Indian guy came and went with me at the reception where they had another pos that worked smoothly. That was 2am.
I will give 2 stars because the Indian guy was so kind and one start because the restaurant manager is very disrespectful. Speaks sweetly when he wants you to buy and when there is a problem he doesn't want to even listen or try to find a solution.

One of the prominent hotels in Haiti. The decor and service are one of a kind. A must see. Their restaurant acts like any restaurant where you can drop in if you're not staying at the hotel, or make reservations. Either way you're guaranteed an experience😁

Beautiful place, friendly staff but I got overcharged and never refunded. They pocketed the money I guess. So now every time I visit Haiti, I choose a different hotel near by that offers better customer service, food and doesn't overcharge by mistake..

Beautiful place, friendly staff but I got overcharged and never refunded. It's been 3 months and still nothing. Pay with cash because if there's a mistake forget about it! I would also suggest to eat somewhere else if you're used to great food. Also if you have a car, parking is very limited.

Five stars, we enjoyed staying there. The food service was the very best. Those persons working in the food service were very well trained by their manager Mr. Collins who was a master host. Blessings to all of the staff who made our journey to Haiti a truly blessed one.

The overnight stay with my family was a great experience. Doormen were particularly attentive and courteous. Courtesy driver was gracious and picked us back up on time. Concierge was nice and professional. I would come back anytime..

Usually when I travel to Haiti, customer service is always an issue. At that Best Western the staff was professional and friendly. The food for breakfast was delicious and there were a variety of options on breakfast items. I would recommend it to anyone.

Love the rooms, clean and stylish. I had a balcony with a nice view of Pétion-Ville and Port-au-Prince, very relaxing.

Love their mojitos and churasco.

Cordial staff.

It's rare in Haiti to find a spot where the staff respect your privacy. So, feel safe to have some adult-type-of-fun.

The pool could use a heater.

Some nights, they have a live band playing where you can find a local partner and learn to enjoy the sexual dance call Compas.

Excellent value for the money. This is not your typical Best Western. This is a super high end version complete with doormen, swanky decor, and 5 star food and beverages.

Talk to TC at the bar, he will tell you the best food and some special things which are not on the menu. Colin, the food and beverage director is amazing and some times sneaks into the kitchen to try new dishes.

Overall, 5 out of 5. I will be back!

I stayed at that hotel for 5 days and I had a great time. My only complaint is all about the food that is over price. It is hard to get a decent meal for $12.00 I was shock to have 4 small chicken wing with nothing for that price. I do mind paying high price for my food, but I have to see food in my plate. They need to work on that, and I hope to see changes on my next trip.

Best Western in PetionVille Haiti is the best place to stay the service is excellent the crew is very professional.Free event on Saturday nights with live band such as EXTASE you don't even need to go out to have fun and your guests are welcome to join you . Wonderful place to stay if visiting Haiti.

Not worth the price. You can get a nicer hotel for less money. The hotel has nothing wrong with it, outside of the parking which is a joke. I heard gunshots near the hotel during my stay which made me feel uneasy. It lacks the security of some of the other hotels which have more of a "campus" feel.

Stayed at this hotel on a business tripbig mistake! The hotel staff was incredibly inadequate and unfriendly; fire alarms went off randomly in the middle of the night even though there was nothing happening; and worst of all the air conditioner in my room broke in the middle of the night, damaged several personal items I had brought with me, and the hotel refuses to compensate me for something that was their fault! I recommend if you have to stay in the area to find another hotel.
