The room appearance was average. The t.v. didnt work until the last night. I had to stand by the pool to get internet connection or wherever the router was placed that day. The worst experience is my team and i was on a mission trip and experienced cold showers every night and the water in the shower going to drips and drops while trying to rinse off. We changed the iron 3 times before one worked and the ironing board had a big hump in the middle. Try ironing clothes on that. If anyone tell you this is a great hotel RUN. The outside and the pictures look great. ALL LIES!!!!

I spent a week there and I was very disappointed. You don't get half of what they told you you were gonna get as advertised. My 1st day there was no soap in the shower. TV did not work. No WiFi anywhere in the hotel. You can't use the phone in the room not even to call the front desk. There was no do not disturb sign at the door in the room. A lot of things you see in the pictures are missing from the pool to the lobby. Dirty broken lights and spider webs over head of the front entrance and broken doors at the rear entrance. The list goes on and on. They don't have a way of transportation from or to the airport. But staffs wa nice and dinner was pricey but nice. For breakfast, choices are very limited. They are far from making you feel comfortable. There's not even an ice machine, was almost died with thirst over night. I think you should at least get the basics. I also think they are more like interested in getting your money I will definitely never stay there againThe problems I saw were too many. Check out some of the photos inside of my room and the view from my balcony.. this is what some people call 5 star hotel.
