  Sehr schöner und gepflegter Familienbetrieb direkt am Meer am Ende einer Sackgasse. Ruhige Lage mit Blick aufs klare Wasser und die Altstadt von Zadar. Das Doppelzimmer mit Balkon hat alles was man braucht und auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend.
  Die Besitzer können deutsch und sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, wenn es z.B. um Ausflüge geht.
  Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt & kommen gerne wieder!:)

  Comodo e pulito. Colazione abbondante ma su richiesta. Stanza buia lato giardino. Non era possibile aprire la zanzariera per evitare di "stare in pubblico". Gentili i proprietari e molto disponibili a dare informazioni. Comoda pulita la piccola spiaggetta antistante la villa con mare trasparente.

  no doubt, villa ivana is highly recommended if you're looking for the perfect stay at croatia's coastline. with the car along the ocean it is just 5min away to the historic old town of Zadar.
  a welcome drink on your arrival date, plenty of tips and insider information in case you don't know what to do in this beautiful country, as well as wonderfully equipped apartments. the pictures illustrating the beauty, comfort and cleanliness online, represen exactly what you will discover at villa ivana. the breakfas as well is lovely prepared by the owners themselves every morning.
