The restaurant has a great view of the sea and Zadar. The beach, although pebbles, is 20 yards away across the road, but there's also a sandy beach in a resort behind the hotel which you can pay a small fee to access. The rooms are spacious with extremely comfy beds. Only minor point (as of 2016) was the corridor smelled heavily of smoke, but the rooms themselves didn't.

Clean, comfortable, really nothing to complain about. Liked the staff and the whole design of the place. Spacious rooms with terrace that are outstanding for business people. Breakfast was delicious as well

Excellent for dinner and breakfast. The drinks are great and reasonably priced. The rooms are comfortable and WiFi is fast if you have to work remotely. Will definitely recommend this place..

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Niko in April 2013. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help make our time in Zadar a great experience. They were happy to make recommendations and bookings for local restaurants, ferry trips and bike hire as well as airport transfers. The elegant rooms are just as shown in the photos and fantastically comfortable. Breakfast was a superb feast served at the table and set us up for the day.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a totally relaxing break in a great location overlooking the bay to the old town of Zadar.
