It's a good hotel Petrčane is beautiful and this hotel has everything. The sea is so beautiful and clear and its right in front of the hotel there are many pine trees and its not dirty. There is a golf, volleyball and tennis court. There are also 2 playgrounds for children. All in all id say its defenetly worth a visit.

Despite its size, able to find quiet areas to relax. Lovely spa pool and beauty salon with attentive staff.

A good hotel with both heated indoor and unheated outdoor pool, gym and spa. Use of the spa is extra but not too pricey. There is also an in house travel/excursion agent where you can book trips to local attractions. However, if you have hired a car, many can be visited more cheaply by doing it yourself. The food is of an average quality. We stayed B and B expecting to eat out most evenings but we discovered most places closed within walking distance as it was October. This resulted in us eating in most of the week. The choice at both breakfast and evening dinner was large and varied each day. The continental breakfast options were more appealing than the English fry up which was German sausage and fatty Bacon. The staff are welcoming and polite but retain the Croatian attitude of being quite direct and to the point, not impolite though. The hotel occupies a large peninsula with an amazing view and is built more or less on the shore line. It's worth paying the bit extra for a room with sea view, just for the stunning sun sets. Only down sides, many of the things to do in and around were closed as the season draws to a close. The indoor pool didn't have the water features on for the kids, the beach snack bar was closed and non of the water sports were available. In high season there would be plenty to keep family's occupied for a week, but in low season you have to be prepared to travel to near by Zadar for entertainment. (About 11km away). You can get a bus there with ease, it stops outside the hotel gate, 15kn per person one way.
Overall, great location for basing your self to explore the Dalmatian Coast and national parks of the area with plenty on site in high season.

Clean, comfy rooms. Good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Nice swimming pool and close to the beach. Not near any shops or restaurants. We only stayed for 1 night as part of a tour so it was good enough.

Plenty of shade from pine trees. There are ladders to enter the deep water.
There are dressing cabins, showers. A restaurant and entertainments for kids are available.

Place is Ok if you like mass tourism.. families, noise, cheap food all I hate during vacation. Spent two days here, staff seems fed up with tourists. Pool closes at 6pm.. just when you start enjoying your time with less heat. I don't recommend at all.

It's absolutely beautiful! Hotel is amazing as well as the food. Employees are very friendly. Only thing please watch when you are arriving at the hotel not to pay for parking at the entrance it is included in your hotel stay. Make it very clear because you will have a very hard time getting your refund from them.

It's hard to give a quote, because for the fact of the location and its own private beach are excellent. But for the room facility in general is just about 3 star level. I had to change the room to another side of hotel, because of noisy from pool. The breakfast buffet was a battle and have to jam with crowd that I mean hundreds of people from travel groups. That was awesome! During the peak of season is difficult to avoid such a situation.

Great place. Has some disadvantages but all in all Pinija is reasonably priced holiday location.

This is almost second home, if we can work less and have at least 5 months off the work, we will be at Pinija 5 months every year.
When we retired Pinija will be second home. No need to write why, go there and see. I went to Pinija first time 40 years ago, and fall in love with beauty, clear water and pines smells. Great place, lovely people, nice rooms, good food, reasonable prices. Can't wish better.
No way to miss August 2017, 41th historical vacation in the Pinija.

Right on the Adriatic Sea. It must be the most beautiful sea.Crystal clear water. The hotel has a sauna and massage. The staff is great . Breakfast buffet is good but evening not so much. There ate other good restaurants within walking distance. If you have children they have a great swim area in summer time.
