Very good experience with Nova. Good price, no upselling of insurance, reasonable deposit held (600Euros). Picked up in Split Central (nr ferry terminal) and dropped off in Trogir with no issued. Brand new car. Would definitely use again.

Not our first rental experience but definitely the best one yet. The online booking was fast and easy and so was the pick up. The staff there was so polite and professional and they explained all terms and conditions very clearly. All in all, it was a pleasant experience rather than a hassle so I guess we finally have a rental company we can trust

Staff was really disrespectfull with us.
We called for informations to park the car, instructions were unclear and they literally laughed at us.

The staff in the downtown Split office made a special arrangement for us to drop off our car at Marina Kastela some distance away, and delivered the car promptly at 8:00am as requested. The car was very clean and suited our needs very well. We were also very pleased with the price and got a quality BMW for the price of a lesser car with other providers. Well done!

On returning the car the staff were inattentive. There were no clear instructions on where to return the car, and after parking as close as possible the staff were not happy with this. Belongings were mistakenly left in the car, and we returned the next day to collect them. Staff were dismissive and claimed they were not there without making any effort to check. A phone call later in the day let us know that the belongings were in fact in the car, but by this point we were on the ferry to our next destination and as we will not be returning to Split we will be unable to retrieve them. A small effort to check the car when we called in could have prevented this.

El mejor precio que encontramos en el aeropuerto de Zagreb. El auto nuevo, limpio y perfectas condiciones, con un consumo muy económico. El personal simpático y amable. Flexibles con los horarios de devolución del coche. Realmente recomendable.
