  I tried to make a reservation for one of their cars online and did not find out until the next day that my request had not yet been approved. I went to this rental car office where the employee showed up late in the morning and then told me he could not help to cancel my request. I then asked if he could call the company for me and cancel the request on the phone but he told me he could not do so even though he clearly had a phone on his desk. Very unhelpful.
