スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで良かった。スタート時間が遅れたり営業時間に店舗の入口に鍵がかかってたりややいい加減なところがあったけどご愛嬌。モスタールでのGreat Experienceに寄与するに十分な満足でした。最後にreview書けってさ。

Attention à cette société qui fait de l'arnaque aux assurances. Le 9 octobre 2017, à Split, en rendant la voiture, le représentant a été chercher des égratignures quasiment sous la voiture. En outre, il a utilisé la violence pour nous contraindre à signer, mais à 4 nous ne sous sommes pas laisser intimider

Friendly welcome and pick-up at the airport, our car was already at the parking lot. The car (Ford Fiesta) was pretty new and in great technical conditions. The return was as easy as the pick-up, the agent of the rental company was very courteous.

Wir wurden mit einem Namensschild direkt am Flughafen empfangen und wurden zum Auto gebracht. Nach fünf Minuten konnten wir gleich losfahren. Abgabe ebenfalls direkt am Flughafen. Alles total einfach und unkompliziert. Jederzeit wieder!

Excellent service, zero problems when booking through agency. Pick up & return went textbook. However direct booking is very difficult & turned out to be impossible for me.
