  Overall great experience, no troubles with getting the car, I've booked Ford Focus SW, got brand new VW Touran diesel (mileage below 1000km) which was in my opinion even better and more spacious car, the communication with guys at the desk and parking was great. I've searched a lot about car rental in Croatia and this company was recommended, the "big rentals" like sixt etc would cost me double that with full insurance. I'll definitely use them again when I'll get back to Croatia. The only slight disadvantage is that its a bit hard to get from the airport to the parking if you have a lot of baggage as there's a lot of constructions going on but that's not the company fault

  After reading so many negative reviews about almost all the rental agencies in Split, I decided on Nova as they are local and not just a franchise. The guys were quick and efficient, with clear communication. I elected to purchase the "Super CDW" and was given a discount. The car was a nearly new (

  We rented the car from Nu car they are actually Nova rent a car. I can only say it was worry free. We took insurance with them and we had small scrath on the car. although we were almost miss our flight due to bad traffic the people at Novo were very helpful. The processing time of checking the car and process the damage was amazing. We payed only for the car ,we did not have to pay for the damage. We will definitly recommend

  Agence de location aux méthodes d'escroc détestables. Qui nous a réclamé 175 € pour cette micro rayure liée à l'usure normale d'une voiture de location. Une bonne façon de gagner de l'argent toute la saison. Sans compter la ponctualité qui aurait pu nous faire rater le vol. À fuir.

  The rental car NU scamed us when.we were in split .. we rented a car on dubrovnik to split when we got to the airport they charged us for a small broken glass imfron the outside of the review mirrow when there was no scatch on the review mirrow they company charged us because they said that they didnt mark that when they gave us the car .. THE SCRATCH WAS MADE BY THE RENTAL CAR COMPANY and was imposible to see .. and imposible that we made that scratch .

  I rented a car in Split to drive to Dubrovnik. Both locations were efficient and had me out in a timely manner. Customer service was great at both locations as well. Would rent from them again and not hesitate to recommend them!

  Рент понравился вменяемыми ценами на допуслуги (детское кресло, страховка), свежим авто (Фокус с пробегом 7 т.км), вежливым персоналом. Цены на аренду невысокие.
  
  Good expirience with Nova. low prices for additional services as child seat, SuperСDW. Nice stuff.

  Het eerste contact vanuit Nederland voelde al goed, begon al met een "special price", die ver onder het normale tarief zat en wij Nederlanders vinden dat al een goed begin. De afwikkeling op airport Split was geweldig, mooie auto, allrisk verzekerd, perfect, ook bij inlevering fantastisch geholpen. Helaas door familie omstandigheden moesten wij de vakantie na 7 dagen afbreken en terugkeren naar Nederland. Zonder morren of protesten werd ons de niet gebruikte dagen cash terug gegeven. Fantastisch.!!
