Very homely hotel. The people working in hotel were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome.

Hotel is decently central. Tram stops in front of hotel. Rooms are not for royalties but they feel homely. Large bed and some WiFi in room.

At any time I could ask and I would be helped out. I had a lovely two weeks in zagreb and can't recommend Maksimir hotel enough if you are looking for friendly central hotel without the extra luxuries.

It is what it is. Good location, and one of the best priced places we were able to find. Decent value for the money. Be aware they only accepted cash and were asked to pay upfront for our whole stay

While the staff was nice and courteous the hotels facilities were very poor. There were no shower curtains which ended up creating a pool of water in the bathroom and the towels were badly frayed. While being assured of an AC in the rooms the two rooms alloted to us had neither an AC nor a fan. Was very uncomfortable spending the night in a stuffy room in summer.

One star is only because of old and bad maintained building. When I saw it my first thought was "Seriously, this is hotel?!?! You must be kidding me."

The staff is nice, BUT, it feels like sleeping in a former garage. You have to beg the staff for bread or refill for breakfast. Small parking, one guest scratch a car of an other guest.
Never going back there.

The receptionists are very friendly and hospitable. The size of the room is fine but the bathroom is unfortunately unbearable. It's not even possible to avoid to wet the floor after the shower. Breakfast was okay. Wifi is weak upstairs. The location is quite nice. Tram right in front of the restaurant.

Ovo nije H od hotela,zanima me kako su dobili 3 ***,neuredno,fotografije sa web stranice hotela nisu iste kao stvarno stanje u hotelu,parking mal,jedino ljubazno osoblje hotela.

It is close to the center, biggest plus. But the price tells you not to expect to much. Beware - small parking, discuss before.

Maksimirska 57 is not in the Maksimir park itself but in a dense urban area on a busy street approx 1 mile from the park itself!
