This hotel is simply beautiful. Excellent service. Nicely renovated. The staff is super helpful and welcoming but never intrusive. Food in all restaurants and buffet breakfast and buffet dinner are really tasty. The pool inside and outside is great and clean. There is a hot bubble bath and a warm bubble bath. The hotel has two beaches. One has padded and one has non offed beds.

Fresh and clean hotel. Personal have been kind and polite. (My) Room is well planned with a nice view towards the beach. Maybe a little too hard bed and high prices in the bars but overall, it's been a great stay.

Prestigious hotel near Split with great service and nice view from rooms on higher floors. It has inner and outer pools and SPA. There is beautifull surrounding for walks after a good meal. There are three Tesla charger station near hotel entrance and underground garage for cars on the other side of the hotel.

This hotel has amazing potential. It’s a shame having visited at the very beginning of the season that not all the restaurants and facilities were available, menus out which they are not able to provide etc. I’d suggest the website is updated advising the dates which things like the shuttle service, restaurants and bars are open. We would have booked our trip for a few weeks later had we known. Every member of staff has however been fantastic - nothing is too much trouble.

Lovely hotel with gracious staff!
We were greeted with a friendly smile and English-speaking attendants. They transported our bags to our room where we were greeted by a welcome gift of wine, fruit, and desserts!
The grounds are immaculate, with well-manicured greenery, and great views of the sea. Our balcony overlooked the sea and our room was well decorated. There was a lovely restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel where they serve freshly caught seafood. Inside the lobby area, there were local exhibits of art as well as historical information about the country. The concierge staff was very helpful during our trip, giving advice about city sights, lending us an umbrella before it rained, and assisting with rental car arrangements and travel plans.

Very nice hotell, big and yummy breakfast buffet. Indoor and outdoor pools and very close to two beaches, note that they are pebble beaches and not sandy beaches but so are most in this area. 20 min to split and easy to get there with hotell shuttle and back in the night with taxi. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good drinks decent restaurants. Specially the one in the Marina that had really good homemade truffle pasta and fried squid and see food. The spa could need some work everything else was great or better than expected.

Big hotel with lots of amenities. 5 on site restaurants indoor and outdoor pool. On site casino. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were nice, and well appointed by European standards. Not a 5 star hotel, bit a solid 4.

Great property for a relaxing vacation. Private beach access, infinity pool, indoor heated pool, great restaurants and bar - it has everything. The rooms are nice but nothing extravagant. The hotel does tend to price some amenities that would be free in some other places but otherwise delightful.

The hotel has good facilities and a nice private beach. The rooms could use a bit of redecorating but were nevertheless nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet is really good.

Good hotel. View from the room vary a lot depending on the category. Not too mucg exciting around the hotel. Food is good. Service attitude of the staff can be improved. However the service at the bar is usually good.

First, let me say- this property is gorgeous and a great value. We stay almost exclusively at SPG properties and at 10,000 points a night it punches way above it's weight class.
We stayed for a total of 9 days, during that time we did have a few issues that were disappointing
1. Non-Smoking room
Even though we confirmed a non-smoking room with SPG months before traveling- there were no non-smoking rooms available upon arrival.
2. Drinks
The wait staff at the bar refused to accept our SPG drink voucher and told us to just use it later.
3. The Spa
We were overcharged by 40% for two massages
4. The Pool
This could be total coincidence, but each day we used the pool, both my wife and I suffered some pretty gnarly stomach issues. I am guessing they don't chlorinate it super heavily.
With that said, we really did have a nice time. The shuttle to and from downtown was very convenient and we used it regularly.response / report this review -

This place is a truly relaxing and luxurious getaway. The location, staff, food, service and outdoor beach chairs and lounge areas were great. The infinity pool was amazing .Small marina whit super yacht on front.If you drive from Split to Dubrovnik easy to find
