You can enjoy in small cosy hotel with your feet in the sea. Beautiful surroundings and helpful personal.

I kind of new hotel. The position is next to the traffic main road, the rest, especially the restaurant and upper terrace are nice with nice view over the Split city. The rooms are cozy and very well furnished

Food in the restaurant was disappointing. The waiters had no idea about who ordered what. The salad dish was too small, but the pizza was okay.
When they asked if we liked the dish, and we told then that we were sorry to say that we were not satisfied. He just replayed "good"..response / report this review -

Wonderful place with most hospitable hosts. One of the top places to stay in Croatia with first green hotel license and white flag certificated beach. Highly recommended!

Nice ' boutique style ' hotel in location by the beach. from Split itself only a 20-30 mins bus ride when you want to go into the Old Split town. Buses run until 1.00 am and are very safe even late at night. The rooms are nice with great views and a balcony overlooking the sea.

TLDR - you won't regret staying here and the view and easy beach access are excellent. 5*
Truly amazing stay! This hotel is great for 3 reasons: the location & the view that goes with it, the food and the staff.
Dora, Josipa and their colleagues on reception are really really great. Nothing is an issue and they speak excellent English. They helped us plan our time and sorted any finer details out for us. They genuinely helped make our week and without them it would have been a lot harder.
The food is exquisite. Look forward to eating on the roof with a breathtaking view of the beach, sea and stars. Afterwards you can try the bar next door called "Life's a Beach" for more adventurous cocktails and beer.
The amenities are good, to be honest I had some WiFi issues but nothing serious, and it works fine in the main parts of the hotel.
Finally; the view and easy access to the beach really helps to define this place. Check the photos but we were mesmerised for our first hour on arrival.

Excellent service, nice and warm staff and is located 10 min to Old Town by car, in front the sea, with beach access and good swimming pool.

Great modern hotel, one of a kind, well organized and decorated with sea view and breath taking sunset, pool on roof with a terrace with open view, art gallery every month.
