Absolute gem! Friendly family run business, simple foods cooked perfectly. House wines are great too. We ate grilled sea bass - cooked over hot coals perfectly. Also ordered risotto marinara - also great!! Enjoy the afternoon/evening eating in their beautiful gardens.

the best restaurant in a beautiful place in a small village in the middle of the island Hvar. Great food and very nice service. And not to forget, best prices on the idland!

This restaurant was great, it's simple but very good ingredients cooked really well in the wood oven while sitting under the trees in the garden. I have the lamb which went very well with the Zlatan Plavac vino tinto and was very happy. The service was great and they are friendly. The chef cooks with passion!

If you are looking for a small, cosy tavern where owner personally waits at the tables and his wife prepares the best sea food on the island. That is it. Doesn't get any better on Hvar! Highly recommended.

The experience of Hvar Island (and of Croatian coast) wouldn't be complete without a visit to one of the konoba's. Konoba Vrisnik offers the best food one can find on the island, whether it is roasted lamb or veal under the bell, freshly caught and prepared fish or a delicious slice of the chocolate cake, all served in the stunning traditional setting. The owners are there every night with a warm welcome, making sure every single one of their customers get all they need. Also, you never know when one of the locals might break into a song. Here is where one can truly experience the local culture and gastronomy.

Ajme meni, hrana je super, prefina. Vlasnik je super, otvorio je knobu samo za nas! Sve im je prefino, imaju domače maslinovo ulje. Ljepo je uređeno. Preporučujem sve!

Nice little place away from the busy parts.
We had the Peka, a local dish, we did found it very very greasy. We had Peka somewhere else, which was much better.
The starter, Octopus Carpaccio was lovely, albeit a bit heavy on the cheese.
