  I needed to change alternator on Mondeo V6 (not an easy thing to do, indeed). We agreed that they will do my car in the morning, I left it by the office in the evening. In the morning nobody called, when I eventually did it myself I was informed that they consider this work too complicated and refused. As a result I failed to bring it to those who can fix it, and lost a day. But this is not the whole story.
  
  When I came to pick up my car I found a door open. The battery was already low (because of broken alternator), I pointed it out to the manager. A young guy said that it is open for just ten minutes (I suspect - much longer), then asked for a key. I warned him against starting the engine - this takes a lot of energy, while I had to drive about 5 km to another service. He just ignored, demonstrated me that the engine starts, and said that the battery is full and I can safely drive for fifty kilometers.
  
  In two kilometers the battery died just as I expected, many thanks to young bastard and the service that does not keep its promises;
