When I entered the person I talked to was very annoyed because they were so busy and I asked them to look at my car. I could make an appointment for in three days was the answer.

I left my car, so they could check it when they had time. One of the problems was the speedometer, and according to road services that was the reason that the engine sometimes stopped working during driving and caused other parts to be faulty.

They told me there were multiple problems they had to solve. And it would take them two days. Than after two days they phoned me at 4.30 to tell me the car was ready and if i could pick it up before 5. As I couldn't make it I agreed to pick it up the next day.

The next day I came at 8, they told me the car was not ready. They needed an other hour and a half. So I left again and at 10 I called to check why the car was not ready. They told me they still needed an half an hour. So after an hour I called again, now they said they call me back in 10minutes. After an hour I was still not called back and they asked me to call back. I had to get very angry before they started listening and fixed the car. Finally at two I could pick up the car. The said that they fixed the car and thought it was ready, but than when they did a test drive they found out that the speedometer was broken. That was the first thing I said when I came in!!!! And they did not fix it.

I was really annoyed by having to take a taxi to the garage twice and they were not clear with when the car was finished. If they would have said they wouldn't know when it was finished it would have been better, but as they said it was ready expected it to be ready. (they did compensate me for the taxi fare)

As all of this is not bad enough! After 300km driving the oil lamp started burning, I put in a half liter oil, after 200km it burned again. Somewhere the car was using to much oil when driving. Furthermore, one week later, the speedometer started faulting again.

So they are amateurs concerning customer service, communication and repairs.

No service at all. We had a little problem with our VW Multivan, but no help at all. Thankfully Pegeut Zadar find out, that the bolts, which were holding the engine wasn't fastened properly. I don't think my next Car will be a VW!

We where on holiday in Zadar. We had big troubles with our multivan. On internet we found that there where a lot of possibilities for the problem. We where lucky that Tome Marcina and his crew where that good that they solved the problem. Thanks to them we had a good ride home to Holland. Well done guys.
