Very nice hotel indeed with a spacious room including the spacious toilet. To make life simply, it is not far from Joker Mall so you can go shopping there

Decent hotel with a good location to the old town / Diocletian Palace. It has a good but small indoor swimming pool with sauna. It is also very near to Joker Mall with some mid range fashion stores and supermarket.

Good hotel. The room is a good size and very comfortable. The facilities are well kept. My only gripe is the lack of variety on the hotel restaurant menu.

Felt like I was barely here. We got in late and left early the next day but the room was awesome. Brand new fixtures. Double sinks in the bathroom. Nice buffet breakfast. Would like to go back and spend more time there

If I was reviewing a 4* hotel my review would be more positive, but it claims to be a 5* so that's how I'm reviewing it.

The arrival was disappointing. Firstly the location is far from ideal, being either a long walk through not exactly nice areas to get to the old town or port. Secondly when we arrived with large bags my partner was left carrying her own suitcase up the steps even though a porter was standing right there. So not 5* service.

The room was fine, but nothing special. It didn't even have a coffee machine, and we had to get more pillows out ourselves as there was only 1 each on the bed. The rooms don't have views.

The room was clean though and had a nice bathroom.

Breakfast was disappointing, very much a 4* buffet rather than 5* 'a la carte'. The fresh fruit was good & the coffee machines (self service) were okay, but a lot of the hot food was stone cold. They do have an omelette bar and the selection is good though.

The bar is pretty useless. The outdoor seating area is just a few plastic tables out by a main road, where the staff soon forget you are there and don't serve you unless you walk back in to the bar yourself. Again, not 5*.

Some of the staff were great & tried to be very helpful, for example organising a decent hire car at 20 minutes notice. Others were disinterested though, and in the evenings there simply weren't enough of them.

All in all if they were honest about the actual standard of hotel (max 4*) I would be more generous, but they're not, and I won't be returning.

If you were in Split on business though it would probably be fine.

The staff were considerate. The hotel rooms were large and had good amenities. The beds were comfortable with good pillows. The rooms were clean and bathroom was clean. The sounds from the road was minimal because of the time I stayed there. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Attractions were nearby.

Rooms are comfortable with firm beds. Extra pillows and comforter in closet. No wash cloths. Rooms facing street are noisy with constant traffic. The windows must be single pane. You'll need ear plugs.
