I WOULDN'T TRUST IN THE ROOM KEEPER , I had my hair's curlier deseaper mysteriously , the breakfast was delicious and the pool was quite nice, the double bed in my room was two twin beds together what everybody knows don't feel confortable

Initial: Good view, good initial interior, basically an enclosed terrace, a little bit squashed layout. Can not say about the rooms, you can check that at the internet. The biggest drawback in my opinion is that its totally hard to come over there unless you take a car ride - one bus line is a provisory solution that do not work well in reality. Verdict: an extra enlarged apartment/terrace concept unable to escape totally from its origins around.

Nice hotel, fantastice view of the bay, a little far away to walk to the city centre. You can get the bus or an Uber.

Good location if you are just passing through Dubrovnik, if you are staying in Dubrovnik try to find something closer to city center. Very good breakfast.

I just use the wellness center. While the pool is smallish (13 m) it is possible to swim in it. It is clean and nice looking. The view is spectacular but beware - the doors to the balcony close on their own and can be openned only from the inside. The staff is nice.

Room was nice, clean, with an excellent view. Staff were efficient, if a little stand-offish. Room service was simple food but tasty and good value for money. The only issues with the room was that the shower water temperature has a habit of randomly becoming scolding hot, and one morning the cleaners woke us up cleaning the neighbouring room at 7:30am.

Clean modern. Friendly staff. Balcony with Great views. Nice pools. Ok restaurant, functional tho not outstanding. Hotel us a little remote from restaurant shops and old city. Very steep stairs to harbour/ cafes. Need to bus or Uber to shops etc.

Stayed for one night before a flight. It's on top of a hill overlooking the Port area. It's on the bus route into Dubrovnik Old Town but you can walk there in about 25 mins. (You have to navigate a 50 metre stretch of the busy main road behind the hotel before you make it onto the quiet walking route)
You can also walk down to the Port area from the hotel but it's over 400 steps - okay on the way down we didn't try it the other way round.
It was a clean and spacious room. There is a wellness centre with an indoor pool. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed for cleaning while we were there.
There isn't anything to see/do in the immediate vicinity so you will need to get into town or the Port area for decent sights and scenery/ boat trips to the islands.
The hotel is on a hill and has residential concrete tower blocks either side which spoil the panoramic views you might expect. Breakfast is buffet style what you expect.
    Staff were helpful and polite.
Not a bad place to stay but a bit bland.

Loved the location, sunset and night time views of the back is gorgeous. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is well kept and very clean. The only thing that I didn't like was the food. I went for dinner at the restaurant and learned it was a buffet style set up only. Most of the food was awful, think maybe the three raviolis that were left were good. Otherwise it tasted dry, old and bland. What a disappointment. So mu advice is to skip the restaurant and enjoy the rest of the hotel.

This hotel is a bit incoherent on their services. The hotel itself it's amazing, the room and views are awesome. In other hand the hotel lack a lot in food quality, the breakfast buffet is all right but it doesn't really match the hotel conditions and room. The staff, some don't even speak English properly but some are very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel for a stay but bear in mind that you will find it quite strange on their services.

Nice hotel at the top. Not really a walking distance to the Old Town. Clean and modern hotel. WIFI works well. Breakfast is good.

Went for drinks and lunch with a friend. Great views overlooking Dubrovnik, great sized portions and food not bad for the price. Trendy bar although I only indulged in the local lager which was somewhat similar to Czech lager.

Very nice place to stay dubrovnik. View, pool, meals even to cleanness. But it's a pity that some hotel employee cheats guests to take the hotel shuttle not the city bus. We're not fool, just can't speak english well.

It's not 4 stars. Nice sea view, clean room condition, basic style of bath room. Breakfast is horrible. I have never taste the coffee like that ever. But restaurant coffee is soso. (You have to pay of course.) Free parking. Far from old city, bus is not frequent and very crowded.

    Not a 4 star hotel.

Some staff are good but others aren't.

Breakfast was horrible and location is bad (20 minutes by cab from Old Town).

    Not a fan.
