  Amazing garlic shrimp. Disappointing steak, but I think that's usually what happens when you order meat in a fish restaurant Great local wine, amazing friendly service, can't beat the setting by the beach. Very reasonably priced (it's a bit of a cash in hand situation). 5 stars if you stick with seafood.

  Good sized restaurant right on the smaller of the two family beaches. Large beer 20 Kuna. The fried squid was very good. Very popular place, especially with German tourists.

  We walked along the 7km coastal track from Hvar township to Mala Milna to sample the paella, which had been recommended to us. We were not disappointed, full of delicious shellfish and shrimp and plenty of bread to soak up the juices. The owner treated us to some of his "medicine" and we also enjoyed a ride back to town on his water taxi. A great location right on the beach and a truly wonderful host. Thank you for a unique experience.

  This family - run restaurant has it all; drinks while you are at the beach, great sea food, and fair prices (unlike most of Hvar). The owner and his daughters serve the guests, they are super nice and seem to speak every language in the world.
