Amazing hostel, by far the best ive been so far.
Staff is super friendly, Dominique and Laurence brought us out to show us around the city the first day, made us feel right at home.
The second day, we took the door for plitvice lakes, I would recommend it to everyone, the lakes themselves were mesmerizing and the guide, max, was one of the most funny people i met in my life. Would definitely book again next time!

My stay there was awesome. Easily the best hostel I went to.

The staff was nice, but the Plitvice Lakes tour guide Billy was incredible. I will highly recommand this tour and this hostel to everyone I know.

Totally predictable and reliable. A chillout hostel with an almost, but not quite, contrived chillout atmosphere. If you're expecting a hostel, its gonna hit the spot.

Such a fun hostel in an amazing location. Right in the center next to one of the tunnel entrances that makes getting to other parts of the city super easy. Love the environment of the lobby. cute bar with cheap drinks and lots of tables to sit. The reception is always there and very friendly. Had a great tour guide that the hostel set up2 hours of touring the upper part of Zagreb, donation-based shots at the bar after the tour. Went on the bar crawl as welldisappointed that we were mislead and charged 10 euro for three bars and a club when it was Monday and bars close at 12 and no clubs are open. Knowing this, they still charged us full price for the bar crawl and didn't mention only going to two bars and back to the hostel to continue festivities at the bar.

I love this place, great staff great fun people that hang out there, real chillout place. The private rooms suck there though because the way they do them is they just remove the things between the beds and you have one "big bed" but you still have 3 other bunk beds. Location is great right in the city centre close by to everything, there is also a cool looking park right by it. Love this place

Had a great night at Chillout Hostel, check in was nice and easy, the receptionist was really nice as well. The bar is great and really social. The beds are small but private and comfortable so no issue there. One little pain was the showers. It happened both showers with me and also both showers my cousin had. Be prepared for a Hot/Cold rollercoaster. I'm not talking warm or chilly though I mean you are getting either Arctic or Mordor as the temperatures. It became quite a game to try and get washed in.the transitions between. But no way am I marking you guys down for that, it was a great stay.

Cheap, but dirty filled with bugs and small beds. Would not recommend for anyone over 180 cm tall. Nice location.

Loved the cool vibe of this hostel. Even if we were about 30 years older than the rest of the backpacker clients, we felt very welcomed and had a great time at the bar. Took the free night walkimg tour offered and the guide was very informed and gave us a free history lesson which made us understand the overall attitude of Croatians. Great sense of humour as a bonus.
A little complicated to get to the hostel by car, but once there we had a great time.

great apartment shower was great very good location and staff. the kitchen needed cleaning before we came as it smelled rancid and the fridge did not work but overall a very good stay

As the name says, it is a pretty chill hostel. Decent bar down stair, fun pub crawl every night, and good atmosphere to meet many people. Rooms were not bad but instead of beds they have a cubicle looking cells and mattress in each cubicle. It looked and felt weird but it is surprisingly comfortable. The only downside was that ac in the room was weak and had trouble with sleeping because of it.

The hostel is incredibly central to Zagreb which made it super accessible for any tourist. It was pretty cheap as well and the nightlife around the hostel was cool. However, the hostel bar wasn't great because it was far too warm and smelt completely of smoke. Also, we were annoyed constantly by the pub crawl staff who kept trying to get us to join the trip which started from the hostel.

The rooms looked fancy however they were very cramped for 8 people meaning we couldn't really have space to move or chill out of our beds. Had good access to showers and toilets, chargers, lockers which I was pleased about. The lift to the fourth floor was fairly small but I enjoyed the challenge of the steps.

Extremely comfortable room and a nice ensure bathroom was included at no extra cost. The staff and my room mates were extremely friendly and helpful. The location in the centre of town is also perfect for all the sights

Awesome hostel with unique rooms. I give 4 stars because some of the beds were too small. Bathrooms were very clean but no free breakfast. Considering the price, its really good.

One of the best hostels in Zagreb. It has cheap prices, free breakfast for all guests, pub on the ground floor and amazing service. Employees are always kind and helpful. There's also an outdoor siting in front and luggage storage.

Great hostel with awesome prices. It has something for everybody. From organized food to pub crawls. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly also. Huge plus is that is is located a 5 minute walk from the main square literally. Only downside. It has a lot of beds (over ~100) so your experience will vary depending on who are the rest of guests.
