The place is well located and easy to find. Very nice and clean place, super friendly staff. They can pack you a breakfast box if you need to leave really early before breakfast is served. I highly recomment the place.

As long as you understand that the hotel is in a very quiet area with almost nothing to do, then you can really appreciate this location for the cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and modern look.

We stayed here on the last night of our trip to be closer to the airport. It just happened to be the Croatian Independence Day that day, which means that almost no restaurants were open. The clerk was very helpful, he knew of one restaurant open in a nearby area and helped us get there..

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a great sleep before jumping on a long flight the next morning. They also have a shuttle bus that goes to the airport.

If you are passing by Zagreb it is a nice place to stay. It has easy access from/to highway, parking, few fuel stations in range, hotel rooms are nice and clean, price is good. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have its own restaurant ( it only serves breakfast at the morning ) so if you are coming late you have to find a place for dinner ( there are some choices in 1-2km range )

The hotel was big and clean. The parking is free and the people working there were very nice. The breakfast was decent and good. The reason why I gave the hotel 4 stars is because when we walked in our hotel room it smelt like cigar.

Excellent proximity to the airport without noticeable traffic noise (air or vehicle). Very friendly and helpful staff (Excellent English for those who don't speak the native tongue). Private car to the airport in the morning at a fraction of the cost of a taxi

Outstanding hospitality and service. The staff was amazing from check in, breakfast, concierge, to check out. The room was very clean, up to date, and comfortable. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

After long time of looking for hostels in AirBNB, I canceled several AirBNB places because of good advertisement - but BAD rooms and VERY bad locations, finally we stopped at Best Western and I was amazed, this is such a good place to stay with secured parking lot, great rooms, clean, staff was very friendly and welcomed us. 5 stars from me.

Good location for getting to the airport. They also run a free shuttle. Rooms are a good size anf beds were comfortable. The fitness centre is relatively basic but that is understandable for its location and target guests. Only small complaint would be there are limited places near by to eat. There do offer room service where they order in a selection of food for you.

Works well. Easy to reach, quiet rooms, nice people, 24 hr service, reasonaoable prices. The breakfast is okay. Keep in mind this is a three star hotel, and a quite good one for that.

Big rooms, updated and clean BUT website clearly states they have a shuttle to the airport. They do not, they are 'working on it' but they can order a you a cab.

Bed was reasonably comfortable. Food options weren't great. Overall was better than expected for an airport hotel, but isn't somewhere I'd want to spend an extended stay.

My husband stayed here 2 years ago and now again for July 20 and he specifically wanted this hotel because of its great service, nice rooms, and close distance to the airport. Service desk was great when I called to book a family room.
