Simply amazing. You can sit on the beach (for a 15 Euro fee inside the bar area) and they bring you drinks, play music, and swim inside a net area (where stuff in the sea can't get to you). Has a bar/club inside. Restrooms and very friendly staff. I would totally recommend to anyone in the area. And is family friendly.

My bf and I wanted to order some food in the restaurant but the waiters were ignoring us. I asked on the bar if I can order some food but the girl told me that I cant order it there and that I have to wait for the waiter to come to us so we did wait and noone came. We decided to leave after some time. Only few more people were in the bar and on the terrace.

During our holiday in Dubrovnik we went to the beach. This guy came up and asked to move out from his part of the beach, until we rent some of his expensive sun beds.
I claimed that the beach is open to everyone and I rather stay there. Nobody “owns” beaches maybe the bar and the items to rent but not the sand itself. He mention “I don’t know about your country but here is different”, threating me because I’m a tourist, well done.
So, being stubborn I decide to stay there with my towel until they started to walk over me kicking sand on my towel so after a while I moved
    Thanks for your hospitality.
Worst place & experience ever. Don’t go there.

While it is a bit more expensive than some of the other restaurants in Dubrovnik, the view and the service make it justifiable.

We were pretty much waited on hand and food, and there wasn't anything considered too much for the waiters. This did result in us being upsold to some of the more impressive catches from earlier that day, in particular a rather large delicous sea bass (As well as a fairly reasonable tip), and while we did spend more than we originally planned, it was well worth it. Would definitely recommend, even if it's just a treat for those trying to budget.

Closed most of the time, people go in for clubbing. Which is very difficult to do in style during winters. The fine line to maintain is between freezing to death and looking cool.

Pretty nice little beach. It's mostly covered in little smooth rocks with the sand not starting until the water. They play music and it's pretty busy. Worth a visit though.

Pebble Beach with crystal clear water. Best enjoyed with water shoes on the beach. Food/Drink service right there with changing rooms available too.

this beach is overcrowded pretty much all the time and the staff try to shake you down for using the beach and chairs. (200 for a small chair but 300 for "anything". cash only, no receipt)

there's a DJ blasting music the entire time which may or may not be your thing, but trying to relax becomes impossible.

prices are high for average things.

    there are better beaches elsewhere

The place has a fantastic location and staff is great. Unfortunately the food could have been a bit better. We had a risotto and pasta that contained only very few clams/prawns. We expected more.

Had our evening meal here last night and was absolutely impressed. I managed to find a vegetarian meal after a few hours of searching. Service was excellent, night time view stunning. Highly recommended.

Even though we visited Dubrovnik around the New Year's holidays, we still enjoyed all of the beauties Banje Beach has to offer! Regardless of the fact that it was off-season, the sand on the beach was beautiful and clean, and the facilities were well kept. Would recommend at any time of the year!

I really liked this beach. Some of my friends went off for a Game of Thrones Tour one afternoon so I spent a few hours here with another girlfriend of mine. If you get there early enough you can snag a beach chair (which you'll have to pay for).

Croatia's beaches are rocky and this one is no exception (so be prepared). This beach is small and probably gets busy quickly at the peak of summer. A bar is right on the beach if you want to waste your money (or you could probably just bring your own snacks and road sodas). Good spot but don't expect privacy, this place will be busy on a nice day. Nice views also!

The closest beach to the old town but still lovely. As would be expected in this area it is mainly rock and pebbles. It's fairly small but great for a dip. There is a bar with sun beds or you can just set a town out.
