Excellent restaurant at Pile Gate, just outside Old Town. Serves really fresh seafood. Helpful friendly waiters who speak very good English.

The pasta and salad we shared tasted pretty good. Service was nice as well. We did find a piece of melted plastic from some type of bag in out pasta. However, the wait staff quickly fixed the issue and got us replacement food and a free desert.

The best meal we had in the whole of Croatia. The setting was lovely at the top of the historic stairs and the food cooked to perfection. I can highly recommend the Kopun chicken and the cheese board to start with.

Mixed bag. Beef fillet in truffle sauce was amazing! Cheesecake was good, cheese platter also good. Service was good. 4 stars but minus a star because was my glass of wine just had too much sediment in it. Must have been the bottom of the bottle.

Great looking spot and really busy. We hadn't booked but the front of house staff were great and after a small wait we got a table. However, the food didn't live up to the location. Having eaten the Royal Fish Stew I then spent the next day very ill in bed with food poisoning missing one of only two days we had in Dubrovnik

Very disappointed as I first went to look at the menu and they were very nice and willing to give me a table. Ten minutes later I came back with my baby and refused to give me a table claiming they were fully booked. If your policy is no babies allowed why not being clear instead of giving excuses. I recommend you focus on hospitality.

Chewy octopus salad, chicken risotto topping was good but the rice was flavorless. Then we had the traditional beef which was suppose to come with fried potatoes but was actually deep fried gnocchi! And then the signicture chicken dish was very very average. Wouldn't have been too disappointed if the price of this dinner was reasonable, but it cost €100 for 2! Total ripoff. Only redeeming feature is the beautiful setting. Another disappointing Croatian dinner :(

Our first meal in Dubrovnik and an unforgettable one. The gnocchi was just amazing probably best I've ever had! Fish stew also really awesome fresh great tasting fish! Had great night no complaints! Highly recommended.

Food is nice and almost certainly better than most restaurants in the old town. Prices are absurd. Mains are the equivalent of around €20. In total we paid close to €80 for two mains, two puddings a beer and an aperol. The quality of the food does not come close to justifying such steep prices.

We arrived very late (09pm), but even the fact that our dinner was very good. The wine, main courses and desserts are tasty and very sweet space. It's a bit hidden from the big mess, ideal for couples with kids. They can play in the empty square, while adults enjoy the food. The price is normal, not very expensive compared to other places.

The good is fantastic and the service is superior. The location is private and away from the noise of the nearby square.

Seafood is incredibly fresh and prepared with skill. We had oysters, scampi, lobster, sea bream. All was absolutely excellent except for the lobster, which was somehow kind of bland; but upon knowing this they offered us the drinks for free.
