  Extremely disappointing experience with what is supposed to be a reputable car rental company.
  - Online booking required a credit card, which is fine; however, NOWHERE did it say that the credit card holder had to be the driver, it only said he or she had to be present during car pick-up. We therefore ended up having to pay extra to "change" the main driver. Ridiculous
  - Despite paying for full insurance WITH hertz (not a third party company), they blocked 1000 EUR on my credit card, which, again, never happens with other car-rental companies.
  - The car was not clean (externally). Internal was OK.
  - The return of the car was extremely stressful, as they don't have a parking space near the office. We had to circle around Dubrovnik to find a space somewhere (which I imagine is even worse / impossible during peak season), and one of us had to wait with the car while the other walked to the office to get a Hertz employee.
  We won't be back.

  Very friendly and helpful. The cars are parked further away from the office. This results in a bit of waiting, since they have to pick you up and take you to the place where the car is parked.

  Best customer in Croatia! Branka, the lady who helped us was amazing. She was extremely friendly and really looked out for our best interest. We were delayed in brining he car back in the last day, and although it was surely annoying for her to stay late, we were greater with a smile. Would highly recommend this place and if you are lucky enough to get Branka, you are in great hands!
