I really enjoyed the atmosphere of villas pico bonito, you can hear the sound of Rio Cangrejal all the way up to your villa, pool was really clean and staff was quite nice, our fridge did not work properly though and the manager was not very friendly, other than that i would definetly go back, perfect spot to be in touch with the nature, oh and wifi does not work very well either , but who needs it when you have such wonderful views! There are lots of stairs so you will definetly be doing quite a bit of excercise and dont forget your mosquito repelent. Took lots of pictures they have a beautiful garden of flowers, a small pond with turtles and a macaw on site!

Villas P.B. is one of the most beautiful destinations in Northern Honduras. Their location and design was well thought-out, and offers different options to patrons to accommodate 1 day or longer visits. Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the river and mountains. Internet available for us techies.

A great place to disconect from everything, very charming and welcoming people, in front of a river, make sure to make all the calls you need before you go up there since there is no signal. Great place.

Great food, large rooms, very quiet. It is a long way to town and shopping, ($20 taxi each way so buy all groceries you may want for cooking meals in the "in room"kitchen). You can get a lot of exercise on the paths that go up and down a lot, but steps are plentiful.
