It has a great location. Every time we tried calling the lobby or the restaurant the line never worked or it was never picked up. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice which is a good added value.

Staff was great. April and her security were great. The fighting on the beach turned us off to the resort.

We stay last year and we had an amazing experience, the food: lunch and dinner by far the best I had at any resort, the beach gorgeous, it rain for a day but that's just mother nature. The vendors are not pushy. Mario at front desk was very helpful and friendly we are planning to go back this year the rooms may need a little updating beds are comfortable we had an ocean view definitely recommend many activities in the island

Clean, beautiful and friendly staff. One of the most amazing places to visit. Great for families. Felt safe and peaceful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our family fell in love with this wonderful island, highly recommended
