First of all, Elvin the hostel manager and Carlos our guide were great. Very nice and welcoming.

Oscar, their boss, has given me a price when I asked for the total for 1 night 2 persons and ended up charging double saying it was price per person and avoiding questions. I feel he played on words and ripped us off. For the price we ended up paying we would have got a better accomodation at Omega.

Their accomodation is neglected, the windows are only grills so if it's hot or cold outside, it's hot or cold inside. There's a river next to the lodge by the window so everything is always moist in the rooms. They hame sort of pool but it's full of seaweeds. The meals were very small portions and very expensive.

I would have loved to leave a positive feedback because the park is awesome and the waterfalls beautiful. Don't hesitate to visit the park but go somewhere else

Budget option for the Rio trip. We chose this place because iit was the best value for money, our rafting trip included free accomm and free return transportation from la ceiba. The hotel is a little neglected but the dorms are big with real beds (no bunks). The staff could have been a little more knowledgeable on what was going on but the setting is stunning and they were very friendly. not too mention the best rafting trip we had done. Fantastic guides, great fun and thoroughly great trip!

El lugar para mi gusto se encuentra muy descuidado, al menos lo que es el bar. La madera esta deteriorada y las instalaciones sucias. Abajo del bar hay un tipo de alberca que se ve descuidada y sin atencion. En general el lugar no dispone de muy buena atencion, y los precios son algo elevados. A pesar de todo, la zona es muy bonita, y la ubicacion del lugar muy favorable.

Absolutely stunning location. Zip lining and nature hikes with knowledgeable guide Dennis. Wonderful white water rafting. A variety of rooms to suit your budget, from dorms to high-ceiling rustic rooms overlooking the rapids. Very good meals, though choice is limited. Oscar, the owner is often present, and Luis, the manager is a charming host. My only criticism: the rooms lack some finishing touches, such as shower heads and hooks to hang things. Otherwise, highly recommended.
