Infinity is a very nice place and a great location. The dive shop is top of the line. They take very good care of you. They focus on your safety and enjoyment and they have great prices. People from other resorts come here because of the service and the dive master and guides are very personable.

Great! Beautiful pool, Carlos made great drinks at the pool side bar, dive shop on the property, room was big and nice. Staff was super friendly, hotel is right on the beach with clear, calm blue water. Plus a free ride to the a/p! Hard to beat this place, I'll be back!

I met my military fiance here for a few days. The room had some cosmetic issues and even though they said the water was filtered, all it took was one sip to really question it. Everything else was great though! The bar, the pool, the proximity to the water and many other resorts/restaurants. I would definitely go back!

Great experience. Fantastic location, pool and bar. Very nice grounds and great room. Safe. Kind and helpful service. Good breakfast with nice variety. Pillows and bed slightly uncomfortable. Our temperature control was not very precise and fluctuated between too cold and too muggy, especially at night. All in all we would all stay here again

Let me make clear about "All You Can Eat" for travelers who are used to this concept. When you have a choice and variety of 7-8 salads, 5-6 meat dishes, 4-5 seafood dishes and plenty of options for disert. YOU WILL NOT GET THIS HERE. Instead, you will have one of each dishes , but not to worry it will be enough and you will not be hungry . This is the only downside for myself, comparing to other places I've been and amount of money spent.

The rest is just amazing! Very warm people, service is fantastic. Clean and spacious condo rooms with full kitchen.

Food was very good, but don't go all inclusive as there are a ton of great restaurants close by on the beach (esp. Gula, and the Argentinian grill). Beach was clean and lovely, and snorkeling off the beach was very good, I dived 12 times with the infinity divers on site and was blown away. Dive shop is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and the diving in Roatan is outstanding. My wife adds: If you are the partner of someone who dives, bring a good book!

We stayed in an ocean-front suite, and were extremely pleased with the rooms.

Everything here moves at a leisurely pace ("island time"). Adjust your expectations on service, but take the extra time to enjoy the ambience of a wonderful little island.

Between its excellent location and the most beautiful beach on the island, this place is a slice of heaven. From check in to check out at Infinity Bay was 5 star all the way. The staff was amazing as well as their GM Rick. We had wonderful meals, scuba diving, drinks and a beautiful room. Close walk to many other restaurants and activities. Cannot wait to go back again.

Just a day pass while on a cruise. It was about a 40 minute drive. $19 day pass gives access to pool, beach, Wi-Fi, and complimentary rum punch. $10 snorkel rental, and good snorkeling right off beach. Good food also. Transportation from cruise port was about $50. It was a good day.

Pros: well-managed, beautiful resort. Staff is energetic and super helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Cons: the most uncomfortable beach chairs I've ever seen. Be sure to mention this when booking your stay.

10 stars. Honestly, this place is so far ahead of any other place in Roatan, nothing is comparable. I give them 5 stars for the facility, the lush gardens, the bend over backwards service, the food, the beach, the security, the pool, the staff that is obviously very well trained, and another 5 stars for their environmental conscience, their effort to protect the marine park, and the constant smile and friendliness of the staff such as Esmeralda - the Activities Coordinator seen in lobby of IB, in the photos.

This was my first time at IB. I was there for a week. When I left for the airport, I unknowingly and mistakenly left behind a folder of important papers in the lobby. While waiting for my flight at the airport, I was paged to the gate, and there was my folder. What resort would rush a client's folder to the airport by taxi, without asking? Infinity Bay will !

Love it. Nice beach, food, bar, pool. Family friendly and romantic as you want to be. Water taxi pier. Friendly staff. Rooms are very big and clean with a good air condition. Car rentals available if you need one. Close to town. Free shuttle from to and from the airport. Call hotel a day before you arrive.

Beautiful resort on the beach that is very safe, even on the beach. Awesome free breakfast buffet and nice restraunt also. There is a full kitchen in rooms, but no local grocery stores around to utilize it. Be prepared to eat out with lots of restraunts along the beach. Also, bring complete snorkle kits for entire family as the coral reefs are beautiful with fish.

PROS: Great breakfast, nice pool with swim up bar and gorgeous beach. Delicious drinks

CONS: This area of West Bay was very busy, so it was hard to relax on the beach and enjoy the water. The resort of full of kids and families (not what i was looking for as a solo traveler). BEWARE--this resort also allows cruise guests to get a day pay to enjoy the amenities--it gets crowded. I wouldn't say it was worth the price. The lawn chairs are so close together too. I ended up going down the beach to my previous hotel to enjoy their amenities instead.

Infinity Bay is a condo resort. My family and I have been here several times and were disappointed on this trip due to a lower quality of services. The resort didn't have beach towels for two days during our stay and we didn't have water in the room for a full day, despite repeated requests at the front desk and unfulfilled promises. Eventually, Craig, a plumber from AZ who now lives on the island was able to fix the problem when his shift started late at night.

Paradise on Earth! The room was fabulous! Clean, modern, had every convenience you could want. The pool spectacular! The staff was phenomenal. We considered other hotels and are thrilled to have picked the infinity Bay spa and resort. The snorkeling was also spectacular and right off the shoreline too! Definitely recommend it!! Will be back for sure! One drawback, it is priceybut you get what you pay for!

Awesome place to stay in Roatan. We spent several days diving with Infinity Divers and had an amazing experience. They do have a posted dive schedule for the week, but the shop is willing to accommodate you if you would like to visit a different location. They do offer limited shore diving as well. There are some good places to eat close by. I recommend LaLa's. It is within walking distance from the resort. Also, feel free to go out into the community and eat at local places. We never felt unsafe there. The beach in front of the hotel is gorgeous and a great place to relax. Weekends do get a little crazy and loud with local visitors. Overall, great place to stay.

Compared to other accommodations on the island this is pretty nice. The pools and grounds are impeccably kept. The staff is friendly but a bit slow (everyone is on island time haha). Never had issues getting towels or beach chairs which was a plus. The condo itself was good. Furniture dated and worn but we didn't spend much time indoors. The kitchen could use a few more amenities (such as more than one chefs knifewhich was incredibly dull). The A/C worked great and kept the unit comfortable. Beds were FIRM. There was one safe in the 2 bedroom unit which was nice to have. The maids were a bit inconsistent with what they left us for towels/etc but I'm sure if we needed more they would have dropped them off gladly. The water was always warm in the showers. I'd say stick to drinks at La Palapa bar, the food is average and there are much better places on the island for dining. Their breakfast buffet is nice though! Fresh fruit and omelet bar are awesome. Overall, I'd stay here again. Just want to leave a realistic review of what to expect.

Have stayed here 4 times and loved it. The resort is clean and well laid out, pool is big and clean and has a pool bar also. The beach is awesome, no waves, great for swimming or just relaxing waist deep. Lots of sand flies though. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable.
Most of the staff were great, management could use an overhaul.
