ID like to tell everyone that wants to visit this place the most unpleasant time i had here so that you dont even try to place it on your list of places to visit. If you see the pictures they have, and how they sell the hotel, you'll find that it is wonderful and that you and your family will spend a great time here, but NO!!!!! I made a mistake and i don't want you to make it as well so please read this following statement so that you save your time and money. With some family and friends we planned a visit to Tela for the holly week vacation and we encountered this place, we saw the pictures of the hotel, the pool, and the beach and we thought it was a good choice so we booked it, at the time of our arrival we had rented 3 rooms for 3 nights, but from the beginning they started telling us the do and donts of the place (more the donts, cause you cant practically do anything there) so we got a little bummed because we took 3 kids with us, we took coolers and our speaker so that we could spend time as a family at the pool, something that never happened, because they have a "no cooler & no speaker policy" you have to stick with their music. For my family i rented a 2 bedroom room, 1 bed for my wife and i and the other for my 2 kids, they said that i had to pay for the kids because it is a 2 person bedroom, this is absurd!!!!! if you have 2 beds why would i pay 60$ more for my 2 little kids, well im just getting started, they never said anything about the policy and in the end i paid, well, we got accommodated and noticed that the pool is tiny, there were like 8 people inside and it looked crowded, we never used the pool btw cause it was always packed, for the breakfast you had to order in advanced cause the hotel was full and did not have the adequate staff to serve at once, the last day we even left without breakfast cause it took them an hour to show up with your food and its a plain, small, untasty breakfast. You had to be very quiet at night cause the hotel is so small, you could interrupt a guest's sleep just by sneezing. The owner this guy is a hoot, he lets you see him as a business man and that he is polite and that he understands your concerns, but does NOTHING!!!!! They packed the hotel with people just to make a profit on this weeks vacation, they have a cabana that had like 20 persons in it, i guess it accommodates 10 but with the 10$ policy they got more money so whatever. The beach is like 100m away but its not the best. In conclusion dont waste your time or money this is the worst hotel ive stayed in, the good part is that we went to nearby hotels like Indura and telamar to spend the day as a family cause those hotels are worth it.

Buenaa habitaciones, buen desayuno. Algo retirado del muelle pero nada que no se pueda manejar. Personal muy amable.

Excelente lugar para vacacionar!! La amabilidad de su personal es única y la cabaña rentada se encontraba muy bien. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Hotel pequeño pero finamente y cómodamente equipado. Es el lugar ideal para ir con tu pareja o familia si prefieres el descanso y la tranquilidad a la hora de dormir. Está muy bien ubicado a pocos pasos a pie de la playa. Los niños y adultos disfrutan de una piscina frente a sus habitaciones y el restaurante ofrece variados platillos. El desayuno es gratis para huéspedes y hay diferentes opciones que ofrecen a las hora de desayunar. La relación de precio, comodidad y hospitalidad está muy bien por tu dinero. WiFi gratis, A/C silencioso y Cable TV. Según lo que pude apreciar el hotel cuenta con 12 habitaciones y 2 cabañas. En las habitaciones nos ofrecieron opción con cocineta o sin ella. Lo recomiendo.

Es pequeño pero es hermosos la atención al cliente es maravillosa los desayunos exquisitos sus cabañas cuenta con todas las comodidades la piscina muy limpia y además pocos metros de la playa a las personas tengan la oportunidad de ir a tela vayan ha hospedarse en ese hotel
