The hotel and room are very good the food is very bad,all the nite the vsame food chicken!

Well, I had fun in here but the "issue" is that some of the maids like, steal stuff. I had a little problem with it but it's just luck with which maid you choose.

Terrible air conditioning, without connection to wireless Internet since it comes in addition the food show restraint served in a slightly showy way .. but on there having been nothing any more it had to eat it .. the quite included package should stop calling it this way . it has more restrictions that benefits for the guest.

Great facility. The pools are fantastic. Great beach too. the food is very good but not amazing. Considering prices, it could be better. Nevertheless, this is where my family stays every time we come to beautiful Tela

Staff is amazing, hard working humble people, very respectful of guests. Food is good, not much variety but very eatable (pineapples are super delicious). The scenery is magnificent. Went on a few tours with the locals on the beach. The tours were nice but the guide kids spoke no English. Went on a rafting tour with Sunwing, which was had an amazing hike, the rafting was ok. Sort of disappointed with the length, as we only got 15 mins of actual rafting done (Also careful Roger and Omar lie to sell their vacations, we got no food or promised beers)

Is a nice place to stay and have fun with kids the hotel services are good and restaurant a good variety of menu the only think hope they can improve is the hospitality and make the costumer welcome work in bartenders to be better with drinks
